      I had a very straightforward experience with Veterans United and I appreciated their support throughout the process. They introduced me to a quality real estate agent and I was pleased with the level of communication and prompt replies when I had questions. We had one breakdown in communication that was resolved by talking through some mechanisms that I did not understand, and my broker course corrected by over-communicating to my satisfaction so that I was completely comfortable by the time that we reached closing. I really appreciated that level of care and service. Very happy to be in my new home after closing on the projected date.

      My whole team was wonderful. Always willing to explain and was there for us when our family went through a rough patch. Probably the only time when we got frustrated with the process was when it came to the underwriter. So many things were asked for right before we were expected to go into close to the point where closing was pushed back and I had already taken time off to be available for the original closing date. Other than that my team always did their best to reassure us and let us know what was going on and what was expected of us in this year long search for a home.
