      Our process from start to finish was 7 months long, and it was all delays on the builder's side. ***** **** and team worked relentlessly to ensure we could still close after a true nightmare of a process. I can't say enough about him and all the help we received from Veterans United!

      Terrible!!! Once they found out I was a person of color they dragged their feet, wouldn't keep me updated on the progress of my loan and wouldn't return my calls. Do not use them even if you are a veteren. They are not associated with the government they don't like people of color.I only give them a 1 star because I had to.

      I cannot say enough about ******* and his team. I went into this home buying experience absolutely DREADING it. I had tried to buy a home around January/February time frame and the experience was DREADFUL! I had a realtor who wouldn't listen and didn't care, I had a team that wasn't involved or attentive. I was being pushed to purchase in an area I didn't want to be in and with a builder I didn't want to use. Overall, I can say I HATED my first experience and just thought that "This is what buying a home is". ******* and his team took that experience, wiped it off the board, and showed that whether buying your starter home or your dream home, your team should be there for you, help you, guide you, support you, and most of all make it FUN and Enjoyable. I won't repeat my comments above, but this team's attention to detail and customer care is OFF THE CHARTS! If I downsize in the future I hope this is the team I get to work with!!! Thanks to ******* and his team, I am no longer a renter, but a HOME OWNER!THANK YOU *******, YOUR TEAM, AND VETERANS UNITED FOR MAKING THIS OLD MARINE'S DREAM COME TRUE!!!!

      The experience was complicated but the group covered every step completely. ****** and ****** were confident and diligent every step of the way. I am very happy to recommend Veterans United and ****** ******* to any veterans looking to purchase a home in the future. He is compassionate and professional.

      I made several calls to my loan agent and didnt received a call back for several months. When I decided to refi, I couldn't find my agent and went with another loan company. When I could advise VUL, they didn't seem to care. To make matters worse, they auto debited my account as the new company paid the loan off. They caused over $100 in over draft fees. When I called, I was told the loan was "in process". I called back a second time and was advised "I failed to cancel the autodraft". I asked for a supervisor to call me (never happened) but they did manage to charge me a nsf fee. Very unhappy and don't recommend this loan company.

      **** and his team were absolutely amazing. Buying a home while overseas is never easy, but **** and **** made it super easy and fast! As a first time homebuyer, I always expected the home buying process to be every difficult, but **** gave me a step by step walk of everything we did and why it was important. For all my veterans out there, PLEASE take a look at this wonderful resource. Fantastic rates, and they KNOW what they are doing! Super easy, very fast and I will forever be grateful for ****, **** and my ENTIRE VU Team!! THANK YOU!!
