      Everyone here has truly been very helpful from start to finish. As with most buyers, I had pre-conceived ideas as to what I would expect. when looking for a new car. Instead, I was met with courteous people right from the beginning, no pressure but instead, consultative and sincere direction that best suited my needs. The team here is truly top-notch.

      Really awful experience purchasing a car at this dealership. Never seen a car dealer who provides this kind of terrible service. I paid the full price of the car in a week. After they received my money, they didn't give a s*** about it. They didn't fill the gas tank and wash the car for me. And they refused to give me a second key fob for free. I went to the dealership several times to negotiate the key fob price with them. But actually, it's their responsibility to give me the second key fob for free. They said if I wanted the second key fob for free, I needed to find it in the warehouse on my own. I wasted lots of time on it. They did these s***** things because they wanted me to pay more so that they could earn more money from me. I got nothing but sucked customer service here. Avoid it at any cost.

      Just terrible , got a car here and notified them I live out of state , tried to drag me into a yo-yo scam, a month after having the car I was told the loan never got approved and I needed to put more money down and was sent more paperwork with a new contract with a 27% arp .. would end up paying double what the car is worth, was told the guy I originally did paperwork with quit, the bank said the information they received was ineligible, never got another temp tag so the car wasnt drivable , couldnt get a tag because the car was never put in my name, when I didnt want to put more money down and wanted nothing to do with them they reported the car stolen after I told them to come and get it, got the cops to come harass my family, just all downright terrible. Just go to a better dealership and avoid this one.

      Bought a car from ****** **** and had it delivered to me because I live a little bit away. When I took possession of the car it had an error message on the dash I called the service department and they told me to unplug the battery. After I did that the error message was still there I called and they told me to bring the car in. That it had to be brought to Columbia because the ****erson City location doesn’t have the right equipment to fix the problem. Which sucks because I wouldn’t have to take off work if I could of went to ****. I brought it in as soon as I could considering I can take off work hardly because we are short staffed. When I got there they said it’s going to cost me $300 to fix it even though it was delivered this way to me. I talked to Tyler Gray the sales manager which he said he would fix the problem he just needed to talk to the owner first. Then I believe his name was Josh called me and said he is the used car manager. I told him exactly everything that happened from the time I took possession of the vehicle. He pretty much accused me of lying and said I can’t prove that. He seemed very condescending on the phone. He said he would lower the charge but was still going to charge me to fix a problem on the vehicle that was delivered to me that way. This is absolutely one of the worse experiences I have had and the way they made me feel worthless is uncalled for. They took advantage of me I’m a single mother that’s doing everything I can and to have all of this done to me especially around Christmas. I highly recommend you find another dealership to do business with. They say all kinds of wonderful things before you buy and after they are completely different people. Please spend your money elsewhere.
