My dog has been here three times and each time after leaving he would be sick within 24 hours. After the first visit, I thought maybe it was anxiety from going to a new place and groomer. My dog easily and freely goes with anyone though. The second time he did not want to go back with the girls and I had to pick him up and hand him to a staff member. After he was ready and I arrived to pick him up, he ran up to me and was ready to go. He got sick within 24 hours. He had diarrhea and was puking. I texted the groomer and asked if they gave my dog something and they said they didn't and wouldn't. This last time I took him he also did not want to go with staff. I told myself I would give them one more chance. He again ran out to me as fast as he could once he was done. Within 24 hours, he was lethargic, throwing up and had horrible diarrhea. I took him to the vet and they said his bacteria levels were not balanced. He has a solid diet with the same treats and food. He had ****** bowel movements and foamy puke. He is now on four different medications and doing better. I believe this staff gave my dog something.

We do not have a client by this name. I even tried sending an email to the email provided by the reviewer and it does not exist. I believe this is not the correct location for the review.

I had an appt. My dog was there all day. I get a text to pick my dog up as they were busy and they would discount me for another day. When I responded "I'm not going to lie, I'm a little annoyed as my girl has been there all day for nothing! "The ***** responds back she annoyed too and my dog wasn't the only one there all day. That I should come work there a day to see how it Is and I can get my dog and reschedule or not.I then get a massage from her business manager saying they had walk ins and it was busy and she was sorry I felt **** got pushed aside. Then a bit later ***** messages. Back report it I don't care about ungrateful customers and there was more. I have screenshots of the whole conversations. She then messages the 80's called and they want the bbb reports back. Just being stupid. I have the screenshots of the whole conversations to prove. She then brings up something from 2022 when my ***** was diagnosed with renal failure. I made an appt for Hope and when I brought hope in I asked how much for a sanitary cut for ***** as I spent her money at the vet so a cut was all I could get her. When I picked them up she had done ***** (the sick one for free) I thanked her and posted it on fb.So because of this incident she proceeds to call me poor and crazy. Again I have the screenshots. She says she groomed Hope for free not the sick dog. That I am a liar and she has it in her records. It was ***** she groomed for free of her own will as I asked for a sanitary cut. She said she gave me charity because I was poor and it was Hope that got groomed for free.I have the text from Dec 22nd 2022 from Shampooches saying HOPE'S APPT IS SCHEDULED FOR DEC 22nd. HOPE'S APPT. NOT BELLA As ***** is the sick dog. She brings up 2022 and calls me poor and crazy. That Hope was groomed for free when **** had an appt and I paid for her. None of it matters to the current situation of my dog not getting done as they took walkins before her. She just started being mean.
