    Salesman was very nice. I couldnt be happier with the new windows. Windows were installed earlier than I expected. The installer was very courteous and left everything clean. It was a one-man job to install two windows that took about eight hours but not a problem.

    Window World is incredible. Their customer service was always kind, their pricing was affordable, and ***** (who did our labor) was phenomenal. He was so skilled and passionate about his work and the company. Our windows look amazing and were so pleased!

    I love the quality of my new windows. They look wonderful. My only issue was the crew supervisor. I ask that they remove their shoes when coming in since there was snow on the ground. He walked through my entire house without removing his shoes. He was very rude and short with me. The rest of the crew was very polite and professional.

    Window world did an excellent job, they were professional and timely! Services were affordable! The windows look great, and the window wrap is seamless, beautiful work! 10/10 will be having them back to wrap the other new windows installed by the previous owner of my home!

    Salesman was professional and polite. Invoice was very clear and concise. Windows arrived within the promised time frame. Installers were very nice. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. Windows are expensive. But not greater than expected or what most other companies charge. Pleased with the process. Would use again in the future.

    I just had the most unpleasant experience with a salesperson who came into my home with an attitude that was beyond acceptable for any potential $25,000 buyer! **** arrived for an estimate appointment at 2pm on 08/02/2024. Initially, the conversation started out civil - until **** started giving me HOA requirements. I told **** that I was the only condo owner that had a design like mine and that I would be able to deal with the association committee on my behalf. **** stated, in part, **** please dont talk to me in that manner. I asked **** what he meant, as I was explaining to him how I was going to deal with the ***** which had nothing to do with him. **** reiterated he felt like I was belittling him. I shut my mouth. **** continued to do his window inspection and at this point, he started talking to me as if I was incompetent toward understanding what he was discussing. At this point I asked him, if there was going to be a continuation of our conversation - being distant or I am going to ask him to leave. **** collected his portfolio and said, gladly and proceeded to leave. I told **** that I would be getting corporate involved and at that point **** said, let me call my boss. I asked him to leave, again, and stated that I would be going a route that he probably would not expect. Hence, my BBB complaint and social media thread has now been made. I just surrendered an entire days pay - and a potential $25,000 sale - for the unacceptable and unconscionable behavior of an employee - that I am assuming that this is not the first time that such behavior has become connected with.
