******* the manager harassed ** and stole money from ** by changing the names of utility and pet fees after attempting to charge us renters insurance. We had our own renters insurance all year with State Farm we even had our State Farm agents tell her over and over we had insurance but she continued charging us $50 a month every month and refused to listen to me or State Farm. We fought her every month from March to January. Then when we moved out she took all of it out of our deposit almost $700 worth of damages and back rent when we paid on time or early every month. I am taking them to court over the difference. Do not rent with them. ******* is a liar and a thief and should not manage those apartments.

*******, I am sorry you are dissatisfied with your experience here at Casalon. You and I have exchanged numerous emails, and I offered you on several occasions to come into the office to meet and discuss your concerns in person. Unfortunately, you never showed up for any of our appointments. We've gone over the cancellation letters provided to us by your insurance company, and have thoroughly discussed the reason you were issued a master policy. The damages you were charged are also itemized on your move out statement. Again, we also have no way to change the "name" of fees that you ***. Pet fees and utility fees are legitimate fees that were owed. I'd be happy to speak with you and clear up any confusion you may have. Please feel free to contact our office.

I live at Casalon Apartments and have been a tenant for almost 3 years. My complaint is regarding ******* ****'s behavior. Unprofessional is an understatement. I was given a 30-day termination of my lease due to "unsanitary" reasons on 10/19/22. ******* **** has never entered my apartment. I work from home, have an ADT alarm, and have cameras in my house. The real reason for ******* terminating my lease is that I hung up on ******* 3x's. She started the phone call with,"I'm terminating your lease because of sanitary reasons; I'm coming over on Wednesday at 10 AM". Her accusation was/ is ridiculous, and I reacted. Instead of saying what I wanted to say, I hung up on her. Within 1-hour of this phone call, I had a 30-day lease termination notice on my door. I struggle to find this legal. I've included Casalon's "lawyer," ******* **********, in my email chains to *******, and no one is correcting this insane behavior. ******* terminated my online portal, so I could not pay October's Rent. I dropped off my rent check in the drop box to get a call advising that only a cashier's check would be accepted. I entered the leasing office to collect the personal checks I dropped off and obtain a receipt. ******* threw my cashier's check at me because it wasn't the pro-rated rent for October. I put it in the drop box, and ******* mailed it back via certified mail. I have ******* on video after I dropped my cashier's check into the drop box (she locked the leasing office door), SCREAMING at me while I'm walking from the drop box back to my car. This morning, ******* pounded on my door and screamed, "Your still here?!?!?!" I replied, "I'm working," and she said that the Sherrif would be coming to remove me. 30 minutes before her charade, my daughter (10 years old...) left for school. I'm a single mother that is getting kicked out of her apartment because I upset ******* ****. Please call me and explain how this is ok?! I'm getting evicted because I made a leasing agent angry..

There was a bad FLOOD 2WEEKS AGO I was OUT OF TOWN they sent a random carpet cleaning company to my apartment at 9:30pm (without my notice) they threw all my stuff around ..when I got home the next day I thought someone Broke into my apartment .its been a week since they threw everything around an still my apartment is moist and all my stuff is ruined . I try to contact the leasing office to figure out how they are going to make my apartment habitable again and they show no concern even hanging up on me in annoyance yet still want me to payrent for a apartment I cant even stay in ITS RIDICULOUS. Ive had several problems before. along with a lot of my neighbors . DONT LIVE HERE ! I have multiple other stories and reviews but not enough time. Give your money to a business who will AT LEAST respond to you ,respect you and try to help you.

*******,I just spoke to you for the first time about this incident yesterday, 8/1/2022. The flood from the rain occurred 1 week ago. You stated to me you called the emergency maintenance phone and spoke with my technician, and informed him water had entered your apartment from the rain. My maintenance technician provided me with the information and I called the professional, licensed and bonded company we use to extract the water from your home. Due to the overwhelming amount of rain and flooding in the ********* and surrounding areas, the company was not able to get to our property until later in the evening that day. The company, along with my maintenance technician entered the home and extracted the water, mildewcide and deodorized the carpet. They also left 2 blowers and a dehumidifier in your home. Water intrusions are emergencies and we must enter your home to rectify the issue with or without your permission. You were aware there was water in your home, as you are the one who originally notified us of the issue. I spoke to you via phone yesterday, after you screamed and cursed at my staff in the office. I also told you I would follow up with the plan to rectify any issues after I went to look at your home. This morning, the ************************ Inspector, along with myself and my maintenance supervisor inspected your home once again. The inspector found no mold, as you stated there was, and the home is not inhabitable. We have taken every measure possible to ensure the issues were rectified. My hope is that we are able to mend this issue prior to your upcoming move out . If you need further assistance, I am more than happy to assist you. Thank you
