      Date of transaction occurred at approximately 12 pm on 5/14/25. Emailed the company to ask for a cancellation of the order due to an error in ordering. At approximately 2pm email was sent requesting order to be cancelled. Company customer service replied on 5/15/25 stating this was a custom made to order part that they cannot cancel. Company is a supplier to a product made by Velossa Tech. A series of emails with the companys return policy of a 7% fee was stated for cancellation, return or refunded products would be administered was stated that is not applicable to my error order.

      This customer custom order products that we shipped and two days later he made a charge back on his credit card.  Now I am stuck with product that I can't sell to any one else.

      I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

      The business was contacted to cancel the order due to ordering in error on 5/14/25, I offered a cancellation fee of 7% as stated within their website. They refused to cooperate with that statement. I received the following email chains 5/15/25.

       

      On 5/21/25, they sent out a message stating that the order was back ordered & could ship it out at this time. The business statement of having merchandise sitting on the shelf that they cannot sell is a false statement.

      Trans Date 12/10/2024: Dropped truck off for mounting of 4 tires @ $176.00. We also had purchased new TPS monitor stem for each tire, just in case, but at time of drop off there was not an issue with existing TPS monitor stems. ***** told us that changing TPS not necessary but yet upon pick up was informed new sensor had been installed anyway & they could not calibrate? Therefore presenting 1 1/2 hr labor charge to me in order for them to reinstall old sensors. They failed to "fix" something that was not even broken and now wants to charge me to fix there error. End result ~ truck currently has no TPS monitoring, thanks to PMW ~ now it must be taken else where to be fixed properly, at my expense

      This customer verbally assaulted my employees over the phone and email when providing update. He opened this case after the product was already shipped but a storm in his area caused delays and he was under the impression that was something we could handle if he threatened us and wished our families would get raped by a cactus. This customer has since been IP blocked and we will no longer do business or communicate with customer.

      I placed an order on March 24th which was $1,195. On April 3rd I reached out to sales support via email which was forwarded to their ticket system asking for an update on my order as I had never received a shipping number or any shipping information. I never heard anything back from them and the following day I requested to cancel my order because I no longer have an interest in doing business with them. As of this evening, April 4th I still have heard nothing back nor received any information since my initial order number on March 25th after I placed it.

      Customer received his refund in April of 2024. We did respond to his email but never heard back from customer. He ordered a part that was on backorder and notified via email as well! At this time customer has gotten his money back and this complaint should be closed and resolved

      I ordered a package from the company panda motorworks and I got home and it was stolen off my porch. I contacted UPS to see what happened they confirmed that they delivered it so then I went and filed a police report. Then I filed a dispute with UPS. UPS sent Panda Motorworks a check for reimbursement funds to me. I have confirmed this six different times from UPS. Panda Motorworks have stopped receiving my calls and they also deleted the ticket number from their system. This company has stolen my money as well as ignored every call I try to make. This has been going on for months now and all I want is my money back and for this company to be responsible for their actions.

      Please be advised that Panda Motor Works, Inc. has received your letter dated Saturday, October 7, 2023 regarding **** *****, ID #20677408.  This letter has been turned over to me as their Representative and Attorney.

      Mr. **** ***** received his purchases from Panda Motor Works in a timely fashion, and said purchases were sent by UPS.  The items Mr. ***** ordered and paid for were delivered by UPS and according to our information, left on his front porch/steps.  Apparently Mr. ***** was not home and the packages were stolen off of his property.  Mr. ***** informed Panda Motor Works, Inc. and was instructed to contact UPS.  According to the information we received, Mr. ***** called UPS and a check was to be mailed to Panda Motor Works, Inc.  As of today's date, Panda Motor Works has not received a check from UPS regarding his stolen merchandise.  Mr. ***** has been informed of this and no proof from UPS has been given to Panda Motor Works, Inc. showing a check was received and cashed.  Mr. ***** has been informed that he needs to contact UPS regarding the check and request a copy of the cashed check.

      We are sorry that Mr. *****'s packages were stolen but at this point he needs to deal with UPS.  Mr. ***** has been informed of this on several occasions.  We do not wish anyone to have to go through this ordeal, but we can do nothing without the funds being paid to resend the merchandise.  I further do not know what the police did on behalf of Mr. ***** who filed a report of theft of his packages or regarding a check from UPS.  As stated above, we have not heard from UPS or received a check to replace and reship his merchandise order which was fulfilled on Panda Motor Works part and was shipped and delivered by UPS.

      I order a car part for my car. After weeks of waiting past the estimated delivery date, I still had not received my product. After contacting the business they said to wait longer. After another 2 weeks without any shipping details I asked for a refund. They said they would issue a refund which I would receive in **** business days. After 3 weeks I still have not received any refund. The business keeps say that its coming. I am now in the process of disputing the charge with my bank.

      Sent back a garret turbo and turbosmart box and turbo smart was damaged via ***** I have the info from ***** Panda didn't like that I put them on ******** for charging me a ridiculous restocking fee. Pandas owner than slanders me on ******** as you can tell by his responses he never takes responsibility for his actions. Well long story short he never sent me my turbo back or my money back and it's been 6 months . While he called me a scammer online . I think he's the scammer as he's done this before. Still waiting on panda to take responsibility and get this solved . It's getting to a point where small claims may have to be a option . It's simple if you had a problem with the package send it back but you opened it and have held it for 6 months or more . Ridiculous.

      Panda Motorworks had wheels listed on their website that I was interested in purchasing. I emailed them to confirm availability, and to request a formal quote to which I was told it would take 2-4 weeks to have the wheels drilled to my spec. The quote was promptly received, and the order was placed for $1,392 on 5/12/22. After the order was placed, I was informed that it would take a maximum of 6 weeks.I followed up a couple times, and was told everything was on track to meet that 6 week timeline. ** the 6 week timeline passed, I continued following up to ask for updates. The common response from Panda was that they were going to follow up or haven't heard of from their reps. ** time progressed, I was told that the supplier was moving facilities. Throughout the process, there was a lack of real information or knowledge provided on what the actual status of the order was.After repeated attempts, they have been unable to provide an update on the order, and the 6 week lead time has well past. I have been more than patient and cordial, but finally requested a refund on 7/29/22. I did not receive a response, and followed up with them via email several more times. I finally received a response on 8/12/22 in which they offered to send me a free t-shirt for the inconvenience, but they were unable to provide any info on my order. There was no mention of my request for a refund.I requested a refund once more, and was told by Panda that they would need to confirm if the order is still able to be canceled. I have since followed up several more times, and have yet to receive a response. At this point, I assume the wheels I purchased and not available, and Panda is unwilling to issue a refund. So I paid roughly $1400 dollars and never received a product, and at this point doubt I never will.All correspondence has been through email to document the entire process. That info can be provided as needed.
