      I had this shop do a engine/*********** for me. The whole process took about 4 years to complete. Once I finally got the car, it only lasted about 10 pulls before both the transmission and engine blew. The communication over the years was really had I had to chase the shop owner constantly for any type of updates or I would have never herd from them. The car had many small issues when I received it from them that caused the car to sit even longer after it was finished. They also like to blame customers when the customer has a negative experience. I would not recommend this shop to anyone in the ST/RS/Mustang/Bronco ********* for anything.

      Customer changed the course of the build over the years we had the car as he kept changing his power goal. During the 4 years the entire world experienced a pandemic which further slowed many things down. We stayed in communication throughout the entire build even had the owners phone # to chat during the process. On 12/15 the car was picked up. His wife called the Owner saying they were racing the car down the turn pike. The Customer then messaged saying car made it home with zero leaks and was an amazing car. Over the last few months we have been notified of him racing the car and enjoying it with us being told it's perfect and amazing. Customer did notice an oil **** from the drain which we sent parts to fix and said all was well after. We were sent videos of him racing other cars and pushing the car on more than one occasion. The clutch or trans did have an issue and he was going to bring the car back for getting that fixed as he admitted to racing the car and enjoying it and it's part of the power territory he wanted. He also performed a oil change and said all looked great and was not using any oil between changes. While we were suppose to have the car to fix this issue he wanted a sleeved block for more power. While waiting for the car to be picked up he said it experienced a noise idling. We offered assistance and inspection so we could see how this would happen months later and multiple nights out racing and were met with being blocked and now being slandered all over social media. We are always here to help customers but racing cars comes with risks outside of a builders or tuner control.

      I order a part for my car on May 02, 2023 (Massive Strut Tower Brace). It was $20 cheaper than buying the same part on **** (which would have shipped in two days). On May 05 I contacted Panda Motorworks to ask about the status of my order since I had not heard anything and had no tracking number. On May 08 I received a reply telling "All Massive parts are made to order from the manufacture, with a lead time of around 2-4 weeks." I requested that my order be canceled and was told, "You order has already been submitted to the manufacture, however we will reach out to see if it is not too late to get that cancelled. We will follow up with an answer for you shortly." I asked them to show me where in their website I could find that statement saying it was going to be a special order and received no reply.I told them I would contact PayPal and inform PayPal because this was unacceptable to which they replied "Thanks for letting us know." PayPal opened a case and ruled in my favor. PayPal refunded my money May 19.I will never do business with Panda Mmotorworks again. Stay way.

      I had placed an order and tried to cancel it almost immediately, after realizing that I ordered the wrong thing. before it was even processed. I was calling the business leaving voicemails and emails just for them to respond the next day saying that the item has shipped and they cannot cancel it and I am required to pay a 20% restocking fee, the item still isnt shipped yet and they are still requiring me to pay this restock fee. I would understand if this item was at my door and I wanted to return it, but it hasnt even been processed through the shipping company I 110% do not recommend going through them unless you want to be ripped off they dont care about your concerns they only care about money.
