  DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! SCAM ALERT!!!! They will de-value your vehicle to avoid paying claims even if you haven't reached the plan mileage and/or length of the contract. BEWARE!

  I cancelled the policy because my father can no longer drive the vehicle. I then asked for his money back, after several months of going back and forth and calling and calling there has been no refund of his policy. I have done everything they have asked to the * and still no refund. Be aware of this scam, especially for the elderly. I will spread the word about this company. I'd give it a 0 star rating if possible.

  Oil leak on my ***** Odyssey. I spend three time 10 call before me, total about 120 minutes dealing with Auto Assure LLC Adjuster to make then to paid for the repair that is cover from the insure, even showing they, that is cover with the book on my hands , I ended padding $164.74 over of my $50 deductible because they mention think like *********** *** filter is not coverer on this job. they refused to paid you for repair that is cover.I strongly recommend that Dont do business with this peoples.

  There wasn't anything less than 1 star so I couldn't accurately score this company. You had better watch your back, make sure the paint color of your vehicle is the same, make sure you do not have aftermarket rims, the tires better be the exact tire that came with the vehicle, you better have all maintenance records forever, you better be using the correct octane fuel, you better not have anything anywhere that they can use as a lying leverage to deny your claim as they will deny your claim. Best bet is to keep that policy money in a jar somewhere and then you have emergency auto repair funding when/if needed.

  My parents (in their 80's) are on a fixed income and their car broke down. Per the Supreme Coverage of this contract, the parts should have been covered with no hassle. The service department called and filed the claim. However, they were denied. 3 days later and hours on the phone, I am still waiting. Just today I have been on the phone for over an hour, speaking with 4 different people, all of which are claiming they know nothing about this claim and aren't sure who was working on it. So discouraging these people would take so much money and not back up their product. Something needs to be done about this company. Not okay to support your paying customers.

  I bought this extended warranty coverage for my Cadillac about 18 months ago and just recently I've had to use it for a few issues that my car was having. I have to say that they have been a great company to work with and they covered all of the repairs without any dispute. Even the shop that I used to do the repairs said that this extended warranty company was very easy to work with, they answered their phones and they were very polite to the mechanic shop and very prompt in approving the claims. I would highly recommend them.

  This company AUTO ASSURE SELLS COVERAGE and it comes up as. (ENDURANCE) the SECURE PLUS PLAN. They lie. They do not cover the majority of items in you plan. We have had the coverage for four 3 years and went to use it and it did not cover anything it said. We paid basically double by the time we paid for repairs and their fake insurance. The auto dealer said this plan was basically a scam

  Auto Assure, LLC is a waste of money. By the time you really need it, it's worthless. I purchased a vehicle service contract back in 2020 for my 2016 **** Taurus, paid in full. I took my car to the dealership because my brakes were vibrating and my back shocks felt funny. So already I knew the brakes would not be covered, however, it clearly states verbatim under the Superior Coverage: #** ************ Suspension: struts; strut bearing plates; load assist shocks; shocks. It also states in #** **************** Seals and Gaskets are covered only in conjunction with a repair or replacement of the above Covered Part. Minor loss of fluid or seepage is considered normal and is not considered a mechanical Breakdown and is not eligible for Coverage. NOW...My back shocks need to be replaced due to them leaking. The claim that was filed was denied because I did not purchase ************* Leakage coverage, even though shocks are a covered part, but because the shock did not literally break they will not cover it. I'm so tired of insurance companies, companies in general taking advantage of hard working honest peoples money. I was told if I had purchased the extra coverage, on top of the $3200 dollars that was paid in full, I would have been covered. Clearly this company took pointers from *****, because they found a loop hole to not cover my claim. Then they justify with their passive aggressive verbiage about reading the contract thoroughly. This is maddening with everything we have going on. It's just really sad that these companies take advantage of people and then make it seem like it's your fault. I hope this reaches some ones eyes, and helps in making a decision in giving their money to Auto Assure, please don't.

  AutoAssure is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with we bought a service contract in February of 2021 we just had to use it to two to three weeks ago we finally got our car back today we've been trying to cancel our policy and they're giving ** the runaround and one girl actually said if we cancel our policy the bill may not get paid at the car company that is fixing our car even though they already were approved I'm pretty sure this is illegal and we still haven't got our contract canceled, or got no refund of course.
