      Shameful business practices.They intentionally target Sr. ******** like my mother. They generate anxiety and confusion to sell extra policies, even when she already has a policy. She is almost 90 and hardly drive They should have a process for cancelling the policy. Shameful. Predatory.

      I had an engine blown up in march 2022 and I never used this warranty for anything major I also renewed my policy the same month and auto assure didn't put the breakdown on the new renewal policy they had put it on the old one and it was about to expire. and they hemmed hummed around for 3 1/2 months about sending an inspector out and they sent word back that they will decline the repairs due to me not having it serviced according to the 6 months engine guide I had it serviced a month later. I had to borrow the money to have my vehicle fixed so I could get it back and I canceled the policy after several attempts to get it fixed. The person I spoke with said I would get the premiums back and behold that wasn't the case they took out for cancellation fees. People beware of extended warranties

      Lousy customer service. I called to cancel my coverage because I traded the vehicle in. They told me I would have to fill out some paperwork via email and never sent it. I had to call back and they finally sent me the paperwork which required the **** of the vehicle I no longer owned and a final mileage reading of the vehicle I no longer owned and then it had to be signed by a notary. None of this is required to start the coverage however just to make it extremely difficult and inconvenient to cancel. They are rude on the phone when you call to cancel as well. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I highly suggest no one do business with them. By the way they change their name a lot as well. I figure it is to get away from negative reviews. They used to go by AutoAssure, but now go by the name Endurance.
