1 starNot sure if this is the right place but if your thinking of buying an extended warranty with vehicle protection services formerly coast to coast DON'T DO IT. I've been scammed by both the the place I purchased it and coast to coast and had to sue both parties. The sales guys sell these warranties pocket the money and usually have their own garage so if you go back to place of purchase they will do minor repairs leading you to think it was the warranty covering it when in fact you don't have a warranty. I found out the hard way went to a garage he called coast to coast and sure enough they had nothing from the dealer but the warranty company did nothing to shut down the the car sales guy cause they are complicit. The warranties all have a series of numbers and this guy had sold several Coast to coast warranties and you would think they would of taken back pall the documents and shut down this guy from ever selling their warranties again but what these criminals do is close business when they are close to getting caught and start up at a different location under a different name we had to go to the victim crime fund to recover the loss and it took years these parasites need to be shut down. Don't ever buy this diamond warranty at vehicle protection services formerly coast to coast they don't pay the hourly rate the garage charges they go buy a guide and every repair has a different price they will pay the garage so you have to do all recommended manufacture maintenance which Is not necessary but recommended. It's a total waste of money. And you have to pay the diagnostic. 150 deductable and if your mechanic charges 110 an hour the warranty might only pay 85 an hour so your on the hook for that too and if you use full synthetic oil that's good for 8000 kilometers or 6 months. Regardless if you've only driven a couple thousand kilometers but the six months is up you are forced to go spend more money changing the oil again which is still perfectly good oil.Review fromTV H

1 starPlease DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: I have been waiting for a refund on my policy for 7 months. I keep getting the run around. I always talk to the same person, a man named David. He always tells me the same sob story over and over. On how, since COVID, the payroll department is shorthanded. They don't care about the customers. My advice is to stay far away from this scam. The address of the company comes back to a UPS store. So if you are contacted by them Hang up immediately.

1 starI keep getting calls from this company even though I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST!!!!! I have health issues and my husband has cancer. What good is being on the do not call list if people keep calling you and waking you up, interrupting your meals, and bothering people who are sick??? Something HAS GOT TO BE DONE ABOUT THESE SCAMMERS!!! WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP??? Why is there no option to give ZERO STARS???Review fromMary W

1 starThis company deserves a zero, not a one. This company should be put out of business. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my entire lifetime. I called because I kept receiving a postcard about my cars warranty, I was so stupid to fall for their salespitch. After thinking about this I decided that I did not need this coverage. I called to cancel after a few days, but was told that I had to cancel in writing. I had not received my contract information yet so I thought I would save them some time. The customer service person went on for ten minutes about how I must keep this coverage. She was rude and made me feel like a did not have a brain. I thought I lived in a free country, but this company does not. She finally hung up on me. I called the next day and spoke to a supervisor about the awful and rude customer service. He went into the same speech as to how I should not cancel. This must be how they are taught. When I received my contract booklet two weeks later it states that I must send in a notarized odometer statement. When I called again to ask why the customer service person did not have an answer and hung up on me. There is no form included in the booklet and the bank did not have a form for this request. I probably will have a hassle getting my money back. Please do not ever sign up with this company.Review fromAngela M

1 starIs the worst vehicle protection service. The personnel arent available to help. They are rude and irresponsible. I decide to added a vehicle protection because the dealer recommended. And they are absolutely a fiasco. They just want your money and you asked for a refund due to a car accident you never used. Still 2 or more months waiting for the refund after submitting all the paperwork.Review fromShaeony C

1 starI was double billed for my coverage this month. When I
called to complain the rep said there had been a glitch in the system
and that it looked like Mepco had begun a refund. When I said I wanted
my money back today as I would be short on rent due to this the rep kept
saying “my hands are tied”. I asked to speak to a supervisor and
instead of getting me a supervisor she allegedly talked them herself and
relayed the message “there is nothing we can do”. When I asked to be
compensated more for the inconvenience the situation is causing they
told me again there was nothing they could do. This company and the
company they are partnered with to take money out do not take
accountability and are unhelpful and uncaring about their customers.Review fromElizabeth B

1 starDo NOT use this company. I was tricked into thinking that I needed this coverage ( even though I had coverage through my car's dealership already). I think they use a ruse to get you to buy coverage. The card I got in the mail came from my "dealership", saying the warranty had expired. Apparently the previous person who owned the vehicle had this warranty. I NOW KNOW THIS COULDN'T HAVE BEEN TRUE. I called my dealership and they said they don't send notices like this out. I called to cancel and they told me I had to cancel via a letter sent to *****'s address. I did that, and got charged again. I called back and told the new customer service rep (who was very nice) that I was told to send it to *****'s address. She said no, I needed to send it to Vehicle Protection Center's address. I then did that. I got charged AGAIN. I called today and they said they hadn't received the letter yet. I sent it on either May 10th or 11th. It is the 16th now. This time they told me along with the letter, I needed a notarized form of my odometer statement. This was BRAND NEW TO ME. I told her last time no one told me that, and she told me that isn't true. I was stunned. I sighed and told her I'd send this extra info in the mail. She said once both are received then I'd get a refund. I better, get a refund from March through May because this is ridiculous.Review fromKelvin M

1 starjust read everything ****** * wrote. its literally the EXACT same thing I went through. literally the same ******* thing. it happened in the same way in the same order
the unprofessionalism is shocking and so horrible it will make your blood boil. I see a couple of recent reviews and it's all the same. WERE NOT CRAZY. ITS A SCAM. it sounds good because of the proposal they're offering, it sounds like a good idea due to the circumstances. Honestly it just sounds to good to be true and that's the first red flag. Im so irritated with the company, there's no way I can type my experience. Ive gotten the run around for weeks to where I just CALLED MY CARD IN TO BE STOLEN AND GOT A REPLACEMENT ! DONT CALL YOUR BANK AND CANCEL ANY PAYMENTS. YOU HAVE TO GET A NEW CARD NUMBER OR THEIR SCAMMING ***** WILL NOT CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR CARD
theyre just not what they say. the website is fraud. the company is fraud. The domain has been open for 22 years, updated 8 years ago. from my research the owner is hiding his identity and doesn't want anyone to know who he is
reason why your not getting a response to your cancellation letters are due to them having a business address that they don't even attend to or check. theyre just paying monthly on the business address but not checking the mail, not like they'll care to check to mail and actually do anything. im exhausted with this company
I NEED TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ****** * TO SEE WHAT STEPS HE TOOK WITH THE DA AND SEE WHAT KIND OF LAWSUIT THERE IS. IVE BEEN PAYING THIS THING FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW
I do good for myself but im not rich and I do care where my money goes. I dont just throw money away and this isn't sitting right with me knowing that someone defrauded me
ANOTHER RED FLAG. I KEPT GETTING THE SAME REPRESENTATIVE WHEN I WAS CALLING BACK. IT WAS THE SAME LADY FOR 2 DAYS STRAIGHT. IT WAS BIZARRE. STAY SAFE GUYS ! DO RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING HOPEFULLY YOU RUN ACROSS OUR REVIEWS, BECAUSE I WISH I SAW THESE REVIEWS FIRSTReview fromGregory M

1 starI set up to purchase their vehicle warranty. When I received the contract it began by saying this is not a warranty, it is a 40% reimbursement, this word reimbursement was never used in their selling technique. Called them the minute I received this contract to cancel. I was told that I had to write in to cancel. I told them they were misleading sales technique and I will cancel through my bank. I can not trust anyone that flat out lied about what they're selling. My Bank took care of these scammers for me. This happened on December 8 2022.
