A purchase was made on May 24, 2025. The website showed the items as in stock with 5 to 7 day shipping time. On June 3rd, I sent an email stating "Please provide an update on Order #*********. I have not received any information about this order since May, 24 2025." Two days later I received the following email from ******: "Jun 5, 2025, 1:56PM CDT Sorry for the delay. The next batch is in route so you should have tracking in the next 5-7 business days.~******" On June *******, I sent another email: "Hello, Please provide a refund for this order or I will consider this a scam and respond accordingly. Later the same day, I receive the following email from ******.****** (Tactical Shit)Jun 19, 2025, 2:29PM CDT That's no problem. Would you like a $108.25 refund or a $120 store credit to choose something else?I respond: $108.25 refund *********** has not provided the refund.Business Response

I placed an order on 6/6/2025 for a firearm with an advertised shipping time of 7 to 10 days, it has been 12 days and the firearm has not been shipped. You can not reach them by phone and after 3 emails sent I have had no response. The customer service is not what was expected. ****** tied up here as they process your payment the same day but don't seem to want to ship your order.Business Response

My order request was on February 2, 2025. I paid $400.00 for a product that has not been delivered. Ive emailed support three times about the order. The response is always the same. The statement is we should have a shipment within the next two to three weeks. Its now 2 months. I placed a ordered for two items in Feb 2025. They advertise on site five to seven days for shipping. I have only received half of the order. I placed an order for 2 items. It took them around a month to finally ship the package when it was posted to 5-7 shipping. The item was clearly not in stock when I ordered. I finally received my package but they only sent in half of the order. I'm requesting a refund and a formal apology as this is the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered.Customer Answer

I placed an order with this company on 11/21/24 for a set of body armor plates. After some testing on said plates was publicized, I felt that these plates would be a risk to wear. Within the company's posted return policy, I leveraged my right to cancel my order prior to the order shipping, this cancellation was submitted to their customer support mailbox on 11/29/24. After no response, I emailed them again on 12/3/24 asking for an update. After no response, and receiving a label creation notice for the order on 12/10/24, on 12/12/24 I filed a chargeback with my bank and then emailed the company again to notify them, this time I received an auto-reply from their support system which I had never received before. On 12/13/24 the tracking showed that *** was now in posession of the item. On this same day, customer support replies to claim they were having email issues and told me to reject the package, and they could have called *** and had the shipment returned themselves. On 12/16/24, a person in a *** shirt driving a late model gray or silver ******** sedan dropped the package at my door and were already driving away by the time I answered the door, making it impossible for me to reject the package upon delivery. I replied to the company to inform them of this immediately on the same day. After no response, I replied again on 12/17. On 12/18, they replied to say they can't accept returns on body armor. Since then, I have repeatedly asked how we can resolve this matter and they just keep telling me they can't accept a return, not telling me whether or not they'll try to charge me again or try to reverse my credit card chargeback for their package still sitting in my house. Desired settlement of this matter is one of two options; 1. They accept a return of the body armor plates and allow my chargeback to finalize, or 2. They give me permission to throw away the order, allow my chargeback to finalize, and assure me I will not be charged again.Business Response

Ordered 2 items from then online 9/2/24. One was shipped to home address, the other needed to be shipped to local ***. After waiting a few weeks, I contacted them to find out status of this and another FFL order 8/31/24. They said they were awaiting the *** certificate. I contacted the *** and they sent it. Tactical Sh#t sent the one item, but not the original. I have contacted them for several weeks, and only get, Ill check with our ********** then nothing. Its been months now and possibly too late to dispute the cc charge. Buyer beware of this company, Im still out over $400.Business Response

I am getting bombarded with spam emails from this company that I've never had any business with, and there is no way to unsubscribe. It's a creepy survivalist outfit, so I'm definitely not contacting them. I've blocked the emails, so they go to my junk folder, but I'm still getting multiple emails every day. I placed an order on the 25th of November. Since then, it had come to light that the ballistic plates they were selling were mislabeled and not to standard. I immediately requested a refund and cancellation via email. I emailed again later to confirm. I ended up emailing about 5 different times, and calling close to a dozen times. Each and every time, I received no response. After about 10 days, I received an email saying "sorry, your order already shipped". They blatantly ignored all of my calls and emails in an effort to pedal off sub-par gear. I want a refund, which they proudly advertise on their website.Business Response
