While I feel the argumentative response from ****** and the ignoring of my request to cancel for nearly a week is your responsibility, it is not your fault that ******* made false claims and advertisement that created the situation to begin with by claiming they were tested to NIJ Standard ******* on their website and then subsequently removing it. Enclosed is a URL and screenshot from an archived page through Highcom stating as such**************************************************************************************
How will TacSh*t handle this moving forward, as the products were falsely advertised through the manufacturer and the fact that the plates are not drop rated means there is possible damage from the ***** shipping process which renders them useless

It appears my request to cancel this order is being ignored. I have since read reports from other customers stating that the merchant has ignored their requests to cancel orders as well, and only responds once the order ships to basically say 'too late'. Date of Transaction - 11/7/2024 Price of Transaction - $274.94 on Nov 7th of this year I purchased an item online with an advertised delivery date of "7-10 business days". I placed my order with Web Corp **** on Nov 4th, 2024. (Web Corp operates under Liberal Tears, Tactical Sh*t, among others) They charged my card immediately but never shipped my plates. I contacted them and they said they were working as fast as possible to ship. Now they are saying 14 business days to ship (my order details never mentioned 14 days). On September 30 I placed an order and was charged immediately. Tactical S*** websites indicate orders will ship within 5 to 10 business days. It has now been 15 business days, 21 days in total. When I first inquired the response was "you will probably get a tracking number next week". I didn't get a tracking number - so I requested a refund. The reply was then "we need to verify with the warehouse". That was several days ago with no further reply, no shipping information, no refund, and no further response to emails.Meanwhile I keep getting emails (as late as today - 21 days after my order was placed and fully charged) offering the same product for ******* is apparent there is no intention to address this in a serious manner.Business Response

I placed an order on 7/18/24 for an item that showed in stock and still have not received it. I have reached out 3 times via email and each time I have received a reply saying the or would be fulfilled within ***** hours or that it has already shipped, including a **** tracking number on 8/20/24 that still shows status unavailable 3 days later. I have also asked for a refund and that is when they sent me the tracking number. I would be happy with the item I ordered or a full refund but they seem to not want to do either.Business Response
