    I bought a log splitter from Home Depot 3 years ago it was a Outdoorsman 10 ton kinetic log splitter. It worked great until it broke a year and a half ago, the only thing that broke was the pinion gear so I called to check on warranty. They stated my warranty was only good for 1 year so I told them I would like to buy the pinion gear and replace it myself. After months and months now almost 2 years I still can’t get parts to repair my wood splitter that was around $800 I think it is very bad business for me to go out and spend another $1000 on a log splitter that only needs a $40 pinion gear. Not sure what my options are but this is wrong I have been waiting on this part since before last winter.

    Our warranty on all our generators is 1 Year Limited Parts and Service; 2 Year Emissions. In our warranty it is as stated...
     1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (30 Day Limited for Commercial/Rental Purpose) Generators are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 YEAR from date of original purchase. Buffalo Corp. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the sale or use of this product. Any implied warranties are limited to 1 YEAR as stated, or as otherwise stated, in this written limited warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitation on the length of an implied warranty. Buffalo Corp will repair or replace, at its discretion, any part that is proven to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use during the 1 YEAR warranty period. Warranty repairs or replacements will be made without charge for parts or labor. Parts replaced during warranty repairs will be considered as part of the original product and will have the same warranty period as the original product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary state to state."
    We offer to cover any warranty work that is required if the product is maintained as stated, and not abused nor any signs of neglect is present.
    *** **** purchased his generator from his local retailer on 08/23/2021. *** **** initially called in with a problem of his unit malfunctioning on 12/20/2021. We requested the standard information for our warranty work i.e., troubleshooting questions, how the product was being used, etc. *** **** neglected to respond to any of the questions that our representative presented. Rather than discard *** ****'s issues, Buffalo Corp responded with replacing *** ****s generator through warranty processes. After *** **** had the same issue with this product, we then offered 3 additional warranty coverages to satisfy his requests. (04/05/2022 & 06/15/2022 & 07/28/2022) On the last call *** **** stated that he has been using the generator on an AC unit that this specific 1000-Watt generator is not manufactured to run. Since the generator is out of its I-year warranty and misuse has been provided, Buffalo Corp has deemed to release *** **** from the warranty coverage.
    *** **** has continuously called our offices and has been extremely degrading, harassing, and has used profane language to our representatives on multiple occasions.
    Buffalo Corp will not provide any additional action.

    August 2021, I purchased a generator from this company. This purchase came with a 1 year warranty, within a week the device stopped working. I have gone through 6 replacements so far. This company extended the warranty but now are refusing to address the ongoing issues I am having. I asked them for a full refund, I no longer trust their products. They have blocked my number and will no longer speak to me.
