    In October 2023, I purchased an AC150 air compressor made by (or at least imported and marketed by) Buffalo Corp. I purchased the item via the website of a major national retailer. The air compressor included a 90-day warranty. This air compressor was to be used with a 4WD vehicle, therefore was not something I would use frequently. It worked fine the first time I used it, but I did not use it again until late February 2024, after it was out of warranty, and the unit failed. I contacted the company multiple times. I was first led to believe it might be repairable. But later they claimed they didn't sell any of the parts that might fix it. (Anyway, at this point I wasn't interested in spending more money on the item.) So, I am out the $92.41 I spent on it, and will have to spend more money to buy another air compressor to replace this brand-new item.

    They should be made to claim ALL of their products are made in *****! I'm a disabled American Veteran & was very disappointed when it arrived. I'm still in the process of putting the wheel kit on it, due to my disability. Have not had chance to see if it will run or not.Sent Email stating due to my situation, it was too much hassle to send back so would keep it. BUT if it doesn't run right, I would send it back. My Email was not even read. Instead I got statement that they had trouble-shooting available! I sure will NOT recommend these people or their products!

    While ***************** may not be happy with the production of the items that we sell, not all of our items are from *****, and we would have been happy to provide that information if inquired prior to the purchasing of items.  This is not a fault of our company.

    Even with Mr. ******** complaint, we provided less than 24-hour turnaround outreach to see what we can do in order to service his issue with the wheel kit and his generator.  

    While ****************** may not be happy with the origin of the product, Buffalo Corp will provide the best customer service possible to satisfy his generator questions and issues if occurred
