  **** called and asked if he come early...that's a first from any company that I've dealt with. He is very professional and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company!

  I am not one to leave reviews, in fact I have never left a
  review so this is my first. The reason I am doing this is to hopefully
  help someone not become the next victim of this scam of business. Back
  in 2016 my father purchased two generators from Tri-State. One was for
  his home and the other was for his business. He paid $12,900 for the
  generator at the business back in 2016. Recently, he noticed it wasn’t
  working and contacted Tri-State. They told him it had a low voltage
  issue and needed to be replaced. He paid them $11,900 for the new
  generator. When they came to install the new generator, literally unhook
  the gas and electric from the old, move it out, put in the new and hook
  the gas and electric up to the new. They took the old generator which
  was my dad’s property because he paid them for it in 2016. They did not
  give him credit or trade in for the old generator and took it without
  his permission. I contacted them about it and spoke to ***** the service
  manager and also addressed my concern about the price he paid for the
  new generator because the same generator can be purchased from Lowe’s
  for $5,899. ***** tried to reassure me that my dad got a break because
  the generator cost today is roughly $18,000. They were suppose return
  the old generator but as of today July 25th still have not. My dad has
  tried contacting them about it and they have not returned his call. I’m
  sure if they do return a generator it will not be the same one or it
  will not be in the same condition as it was when it was taken. They are
  probably taking parts off it to resale to someone else. Save yourself
  some headache and money and do research before falling to Tri-State’s
  scam of business. From what my dad has been through with them recently I
  feel that they are not very honest, do not stick to their word and are
  way overpriced. I could give more details but unfortunately I only have a

  I called this company on a hot Friday afternoon in July, almost in tears, about my a/c breaking down. About an hour after my call, this amazing company sent ***** out to repair my a/c. ***** showed up quickly and was so polite, kind, understanding, and informative.
