      I'd like to give a shout out to the customer service team at ASFA for their excellent communication skills and prompt replies to my questions/ concerns! Nothing is more important to consumers than effective and professional responses to their questions/ concerns or requests! They are patient, polite and they listen ..... a rarity these days!

      What is ASFA to me?!ASFA is an amazing organization in which to pursue various accredited certifications within the Fitness industry. I have personally earned certifications in Youth Sports and Fitness, Sports Nutrition and Wellness Coaching. I admire the ability to take an exam before making a purchase. If you don't pass, you don't pay! How great it that!?! This concept allows individuals like myself, whom already pocess a certain level of knowledge within a field to test and gain certification with greater and honorable ease. It is my upmost pleasure to recommend ASAF to anyone with a passion for the Health and Fitness. -*********************-

      I inadvertently used my debit card and was charged 299.00. I
      immediately contacted them for a refund, they had not sent me my
      certificate yet. I explained that I wanted to go through affirm and pay
      that in installments. They agreed. I have all the emails they sent.
      They told me once they got the payment from affirm, they’d refund my
      299.00. Now they’re saying once the certificate is sent, they can’t
      give me a refund. Succinctly, I paid them twice for one certificate,
      which is all I received. I would like my 299.00 refunded.
