      Took my Range Rover to have a sensor looked at to see if it was faulty, /they disabled my Range and tried to stick me with a $17000 thousand-dollar bill. ***** was the service advisor that I started out with, but I ended up talking with *** the service manager. I told *** that I thought the bill was too high. They had put on my bill that I needed 10 things done 8 of them needed immediate attention. They had put down that I needed an oil change and have and oil leak. I was just there to get an oil change in April of 2023, (let me be clear on something I only drive my vehicle to church on Sundays which is 20 minutes away from my home). When I told *** that I could not possibly need an oil change he put me on hold, I was on the phone with him. He put me on hold and to go and talk with the mechanic, which said that I really didn't need an oil change, he only put that down because he saw 2 drops of oil in the pan. There were 2 things that they wanted me to do concerning the oil the cost of these things was $4479.65, of course this included another oil change. (like really). I told *** that the only way my vehicle needed on of what they said was wrong is that it had never been serviced. *** looked up the service history for me and my vehicle his was response was "your vehicle is in excellent condition". I said to him then why is my bill $17000 Thousand dollar. He never answered the question. He said let him see what he can do. I did not speak with him until the next day. *** said that he talked to the sales manager, hat the sales manager said to give me $1500 hundred off, and only get 3 things done now and the cost will be $6707.00. Really, mind you according to them I still needed the other 7 things done. So, it went from needing 8 things done immediately to 3 things done immediately. *** also tries to use a scare factor, by telling me if I did not get the things done, I will need a new engine. I checked one star to post, but they do not deserve even a half star.

      I went to this location to get the virtual key installed on my vehicle on Friday, prior to leaving the appt the technician was aware the app wasnt working correctly however the technician and myself thought maybe it was just a connection issue and maybe the car need time to register the new device with my phone. So I have it a few days and return to office on Monday because the virtual key was not working properly. No one could give me a solid answer as to why it wasnt functioning properly.. I spoke with sales, I spoke with service and still no results I even called the **** number for the virtual key never got a call back while in the Infiniti office the product didnt work, I didnt get a real resolution for this other then removing the device and I the costumer still was charged a labor fee I paid initial 550 total the car is a 2021 and its doesnt have the app to start my car from the phone the car years before mines is able to and the cars behind mine is able to do it I had no issue with paying for the module so my car can have the feature its not ok that I paid for a feature to be installed that wasnt working correctly and there was no solution for this issue other then removing it and I still be charged a fee.. not sure if this is a issue with this location or an issue with Infiniti the company overall it sucked for me as a costumer and makes me regret buying my Infiniti.. and makes me not want to suggest this company to my friends and family.

      Beware of working with this dealership. I started the purchase process and had the dealer run my credit, asking multiple times to place a deposit to hold the car so we could complete the process. Instead of communicating with me, they sold the vehicle to someone else. If you enjoy having your credit damaged without buying a car and dealing with an unresponsive dealer, Plaza is your place. Otherwise, it's best to look elsewhere.

      If you want to have one of the worst times of your life, buy a car at Audi plaza motors, *********************** the finance manager, and ***************** the sales guy are good to sell you the car but once they got your money they forget everything, I called them several times and they never pickup the phone They suppose to send $ 500 back to me and still waiting for my money ( 1 month)***********************(finance manager) he supposed to send the title to Chase in order to register my car in ******* and again nothing happened. This Company and their managers in general terms are a SCAM. DO NOT BUY A BOTTLE OF WATER FROM THEN. ***********************

      I kind of thought. My experience with this company was isolated but after reading so many online reviews, I realize that it is a regular practice for this company to irritate its customer base. I took my car in for a diagnostic service, and while the issue wasnt resolved my glasses were stolen in the process, I would just recommend anyone visiting this dealership to remove their personal belongings from their car before leaving it. I wasnt treated rude or anything. I just had my glasses stolen and they were expensive and Im not happy about that.

      Nice until you make a purchase or have an issue ..8 of 10 "customer service" reps are horrible and get aggravated when a problem gets presented to them

      I went to Plaza Mercedes to purchase a vehicle on December 7, 2022, I was under the impression that the car was ready to go, after signing all the paperwork I was told the car wasn't ready. I was told the shop was backed up and the next week I was told that they were waiting on brake parts.I have been waiting nearly a month and the parts are still not in. Plaza never gave me the opportunity to either wait for the vehicle to go through service or choose another vehicle, or take my business elsewhere. I was also never offered a loaner vehicle. Here I am in a car loan without the car. It's costing me more money to try to get a ride back and forth were I need to go.I believe I was mislead by Plaza Mercedes. They were very dishonest, making me believe the car was ready.I wouldn't trust them enough to purchase another vehicle from them again.BTW it's December 27, 2022 and I still don't have my vehicle.

      To everyone in the St Louis area.NEVER go to Plaza Infiniti. Terrible customer service, called and left 3 voicemails, and they were never returned. Spent $800 in "repairs" for my check engine light. Light come back on the next day. . THEY SHOULD PUT A STOP AT THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE

      they miss lead you to get what they want by lying and telling you that they are right; when they are not. Also the car has recalls , which we were aware and being toll they where fix, but it does not true. ****************** tell you you have the best rate and they don't let you see the . . actual rates . THEY SHOULD PUT A STOP AT THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE. WE SHOULD READ THE BBB BEFORE.

      The service after the sale from Plaza Motors is horrible.
      A defective tire blew a hole in the side wall of a run flat tire with only 2700 miles on it and Plaza won’t replace the tire.
      To make things even worse no one from management will return their phone calls to address the issue
