On 6/24/2021, I signed a contract with Consumer Law Protection in ******, ** for them to terminate my Time Share with Split Rock Resort. I paid them the sum of $5,482.00 in exchange for Consumer Law Protection completing the Timeshare Interest termination process. I completed all the necessary paperwork that Resort Transfer Group, LLC, *******************************************************************************. I had several discussions and emails over the last 3 years telling me that Split Rock Resort is being very difficult to deal with. The last couple of months I have tried to contact them to no avail. As of today, 2/12/2024 the phone number is no longer in service. I would like to know how I can get my money back.

I was solicited to meet with a consultant from the Resort Transfer Group here in Myrtle Beach SC for the sell of my time share with ********* Resort on Hilton Head Island. That was on October 2020. Here it is October 2022 and I still have the Time Share. I paid the Transfer Group $6,100.00. I have called and called every month to only get the same answer, it’s in litigations. You can never talk to anyone in the office, it’s a call center and they won’t transfer you. They just take messages which are probably not delivered. I even asked for them to email me, I received nothing. This is nothing but a big scam to take your money. I was told it would take 90 days. It’s been two years. They also said if it takes longer than two years you would get your money back, well guess what? They still have my money and it’s been two years. Now I just want my money back. I could use it to buy groceries and pay utilities this winter. * ********
