      They are refusing to empty all my cans week after week and them telling me they will..they tell me I can only have like 170 gallons which I am well below thatthey are disrespectful and basically hateful and Im tired of them.

      Terrible customer service. They think they can treat people however. My wife had just placed the can to the corner as they pulled up to the house before us. They decided to then **************** past. Lady on phone was rude as can be. Told me cans had to be out by 7am yet they don't service my road till fkin 1pm.

      Because of the heat, they decided to change their normal pick up time! (Without notifying me) my can was out at my normal time! (5:45 am) they decided to come by at 5:00 am! When I called to inquire about it, the young lady who answered the phone was VERY rude and condescending! Told me that I should have known about the early pick up!!??!! She directed me to another person (a lot nicer!) she told me that they would try to get back out to pick it up, needless to say they did not!! Because of the monopoly they hold over this area! They couldnt care less about their customers!! Its the only sanitation service in my area!! POOR POOR customer service and or relation!!

      We chose ****** * ******** which was bought out by Swinger sanitation. They will cancel pickups which have been paid for and then tell you no trash pick up make up for the missed one. They also did not let the new customers know that they still had to go through ****** *** payment site to pay and find their bills. I tried finding my bill to pay for over 3 weeks emailed, and called finally figured it out on my own and paid our bill. It’s been 2 weeks and no pick up and it’s been paid. I am so frustrated with this company and how it has been treating its new customers who never even decided to go with them when they bought ****** * out.

      They are trying to scam me on the bill.paid for 3 months in advance a month later trying to double charge me . if you dont have to use this service find another company i wouldnt give them your buisness they get an F minus for poor service and rude customer service from me
