    We had Suburbia Patios do our cover at our house in the summer of 2023. We had a terrible hail storm and had called several companies but Suburbia was the only one to show up. They looked at our old one and gave us a price on removing and replacing and we also decided to pay extra and have the whole patio covered. After the product arrived,Suburbia was pretty quick on getting to work,we had a couple of problems arise with directions on how I wanted my guttering and much and for the MOST part they were addressed and taken care of. The system they used was awesome but the employees(as nice as they were) were not very careful with the roof system getting it up on the framing and there ended up being Several dents on the ceiling side of the cover which we should have just told them to take it down and replace the roof sections then but he offered a discount if we kept them(we said ok,we can live with it) . The problem is,there are several leaks along the seams of the roof...they came out once to seal them but it did not work. Since I have tried without avail to have them come out and honor the leak proof warranty and they will not return any calls,texts or emails. Not sure what happened to them but really all we want is them to fix the leaks. The structure itself is beautiful but the customer service sucks!

    We love our new patio cover! ***, *****, and crew are professional, courteous, and experts at what they do. They helped with design, offered options, and built exactly what we wanted. The Renaissance Classico looks great and we love the privacy wall they added to mount a TV. If you are in the market for a patio cover, call Suburbia, you'll have a good experience.
