My son bought a vehicle from this dealership and we asked for a Carfax. They said the car had a clean title, but come to find out a year later when we got the car inspected It was stolen and in a bad accident.

****************** at *************** wouldnt return my calls when I attempted to cancel the service contract. They were extremely rude and tried to gaslight me into keeping the contract. Utter trash, I would never buy a car here again.

I am very sorry that you had this experience with your attempt to cancel your warranty. I have notified the General Manager of your concern and I wanted to give you the information needed to cancel your warranty through the store. The warranty company requires a signed cancellation notice along with a signed odometer disclosure verifying the mileage on the vehicle at the time of the cancellation. The sales/finance department will provide both of the documents to you. I would recommend going to the dealership and signing all of the documents in person. Again I want to apologize for the inconvenience and I hope that we can assist you with you sales and service needs in the future.

I had found a vehicle I loved, it had everything I was looking for, and ***************** was my salesman, which we were told that there was a customer that was interested but they couldn't get financed. The sales manager had all of my information, and my dad's to co-sign and they told us that the vehicle was ours, it was a 2011 Traverse. We were told that Thursday, the vehicle was taken to detailing, and they would call us. Friday morning, we were told that the vehicle would be there at 2pm. I received a call around 12:30 that day saying the vehicle was not available, which I thought he meant it wouldn't be brought back to property until later, but ***** said that the vehicle was sold, and forms were signed by other customers. there was no communication between salesman, and finance manager. It was a done deal and no way to do anything about it. I asked what he could do, and he said there wasn't anything he could do. He started apologizing and saying that everyone makes mistakes, and that he feels horrible, which the sales manager said the same thing. I don't feel that they wanted to please me as a customer. The customer is always correct. I told him that customers refer, if someone has a bad experience they will pass it along to others. Customers keep businesses alive, and also creates repeat customers to continue to come back. I am in the situation without a vehicle because your salesman, *****************. He hung up on me, and so did the sales manager did as well. Is that good customer service? I thought it was a horrible experience, and I will not do business with them, or refer anyone.

Slow and convoluted process. Couldn't come to a deal because I wouldn't choose their more expensive financing options or warranty add-ons, although they tried several times to get me to sign for them after I insisted they weren't the terms I wanted. Had I not been careful about reading the paperwork, I'd be paying lots of money for something I didn't want.

Worst experience ever. I sent numerous emails working with a person on a new *** that I was interested in. She was polite when I was inquiring about the car. Once the car came in and things got serious where I wanted to come and look at the vehicle that's when things went bad. She never became unpolite but never became accommodating either. I live in Columbia and the dealership is in *********. I was wanting to drive there to see the car. I told her I was very interested. I asked if they would please hold the car once I told them I was on my way. It's a 2 hour drive. "No we don't hold cars we are a first come first serve dealership". That *** not be a direct quote but it's very close. When I asked if they would take a deposit to hold the car after hours of my bank so I could get things together with them the next day, same thing. I've bought lots of vehicles from many different dealers and I've never had this kind of issue. I don't believe they want to help the consumer buy from them. They simply want to send cars out the door as fast as possible no matter what. Well they can do that without me.

Absolute, and I do mean ABSOLUTE, worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I live almost 2 hours away so I booked an appointment for 11:30 am which should leave plenty of time.
HOWEVER, this is where it all went sideways. Immediately, somehow the price of the car jumps up 10,000$. Online, all former communication prior to meeting, and even directly from the dealerships mouth when test driving they said the car was only 38,000 but WHOOPS it’s actually 48,000. I understand mistakes happen but come on that’s not exactly a small mistake in numbers and even if online was wrong I’d hope the dealership would know the correct amount when discussing with us. He then asked for my trade-in key to have someone make sure it was in good condition. Everything checked out, got a quote on trade in, and quote on the new car payment. This is where it goes further south.
My wife and I discuss and say we don’t want to do it right now and NO JOKE it was like a personality switch, his face drops, becomes rude, and refuses to give us our key back. When my wife asks if he still had our trade-in’s key he says “yeah I do. I’m holding it hostage”At this point our babysitter was starting to ask how much longer and we are over the situation since it’s now been 6 hours and the store is closing and this guy is not only making us wait for hours but essentially forcing us into a deal. EVEN NOW if it was ready I’d take it, she wants it, I drove all this way come on but nope just keep being told “it won’t be long”.
My wife has to ask for our keys a second time and we finally just leave… at 6:30… they close at 5… we waited from 11:15 -6:30… 7 hours for nothing but empty promises, people saying “not much longer now”, price mistakes, and one of the worst sales experiences ever… none of this is hyperbolic… I drove 2 hours, there and back, for this experience from what I thought was a top tier dealership. I’m assuming it was the salesman and not the dealership but come on…DO NOT DEAL WITH *****.

I was told that they could not sale me a car because I had my own financing. I was told they needed me to finance thru them to make more money on the deal. The interest was over 13% from them. My bank was only 6.2. There payment 675. My bank 547. What school did these guys graduate from!!! Stay away from this Subaru dealership!!!!!!!!
