      I came here once and am never going back. The technician ripped me off and lied about how much labor went into my car. I came in for inspections and an oil change, and at check-in added on a tire rotation. Huge mistake. A tire bolt broke while they were removing the tire, and since that part is necessary, I agreed to pay $200 to have it repaired. When I questioned how it had broken, the person checking me out told me it had been installed improperly by the last tire place I went to, and there was nothing they could do. He then told me I shouldn't have my tires taken care of at discount places. When I told him I had my tires last changed at a ****** dealership where I used to live, he told me to take the bolt back to them and see if they'd give me any money back. The dealership I used to go to is ***** miles away . . . that's not going to happen.I got home and my partner informed me that those ******-branded bolts retail for super-cheap . . . like a 5-pack is $35. When we called to complain, the technician said that it took 90 minutes of labor to change the bolt. That doesn't add up. I checked in at 8:00 am, and left just after 10:00 am. I had an oil change, THREE inspections (emissions, state, and odometer), and a tire rotation. It doesn't make sense how, if it took 90 minutes to change one bolt, they were able to do all the inspections, the oil change, and the tire rotation in *********************************************************************************************** the ****** dealership in ******. In fact, I got treated materially worse. I will never be back, and the ****** dealership lost what would have been an incredibly loyal customer.

      My fianc made me his *** for his vehicle. After him passing I had got the car registered in my name but knowing all of this the dealership did not let me have ownership of his car but now Im being charged his person property taxes and they wont provide the correct documentation to prove I had never owned his vehicle and to provide the correct documents to the **** They also illegally sold his car and how when I was supposedly the owner of the car. I never signed anything so how was they able to sell his car but still have me legally responsible for his personal property taxes ??? Stay away from this racist unprofessional dealership!!!!

      Lou Fusz Chevrolet Located at mid rivers drive in ****************** **.. This place have some of the horrible communication that I have ever been to They talk a good game but they don't know anything. All the way to the service Representative to the Service technician they are horrible... Took my vehicle in to them I said I have an engine problem the vehicle will not start When it's cold outside. So they call me and sand me all around the world with some other problem on my vehicle. other than telling me was the real problem was that I had A loose intake Val. after 2 trips Up to the ****************** Now they had already charge me ******* dollars the first time And then the 2nd time they said oh we know what's wrong it is the mass air flow sensor. ******** me another $178 some change I was so upset so upset I won't speak with the manager he said that he didn't have time to speak with me. He was too busy at the moment I I could not believe the manager didn't want to speak with me like I said horrible experience with this place never take my vehicle there again unprofessional no communication at all. And I will not recommend any of my friends or family members are no one else to take their vehicle to this please stay away if you don't love to get ripped off...

      Bought a car from this dealership during the warm weather. When weather cooled down tried the heater. It did not work. I was sent to a service place in ******** ( I live in Belleville). After several hours I am informed that the car is dangerous to drive. It would be 2 weeks. I had to find a ride home from ********. The head gasket was blown. Suspiciously the engine light never came on. I have called the dealership but the manager never returns my call. Now I am told the entire engine needs replacing and it will be even longer. They don't offer loaner cars or provide rentals. I am stuck with no transportation for who knows how long.

      This business has horrible communication. Took my vehicle in to have them to look at it. I told them exactly what was wrong with it. they fixed something totally different. They also have horrible service communication workers. My vehicle was there for 2 and a 1/2 days and they still den fixed the problem end up spending $1339.50 I felt like I was taking for a ride Ask to speak with the manager I was told the manager wouldn't be in until the following work day which was Monday I called the service to try to set up an appointment to talk to the manager respectfully to let him know what I was unhappy with I did get a call back that I had the wrong personnel that someone would get back with me as soon as possible I'm still waiting on that call as of today they are horrible I will never take my vehicle up there again for them to look at it. I think they have poor service poor communication and all they are after is your money.

      HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION! DO NOT GO HERE!8/12/22 When my daughter was traveling cross-country from **** to ****, her **** Ecosport with only 51K miles broke down in ******** **. The car was towed to Lou Fusz Ford of Highland where she was informed that the engine needed to be replaced-it was under warranty due to faulty parts-- *******, an employees at this location informed her that everything would be covered by the warranty, including a rental car for the time that it was getting repaired. She was given an estimated time of repair to be 3-5 days. Nearly seven weeks later, on 9/28, her car was finally finished. She had been told multiple times that she would be reimbursed the nearly $1000 in rental car expenses and was told that her car would be delivered to her. She has these promises saved in a voicemail sent by ******. Even as close to three days before she picked up the car, she was still being told it would be delivered, until the day before when they said they could no longer do this. After more than 5 hours of debating over the phone in several different calls and trying to get them to keep their promise, she conceded and drove over 14 hours round trip, costing her an additional $300 in gas expenses, to get her car back. Over 7 weeks, we called for updates well over 50 times and left voicemails, and only ever had the phone answered >5 times, and was only ever called with an update returning one of many voicemails once in 7 weeks. The communication and professionalism at this location are unethical. On the day that she picked up her car, she brought receipts from the rental car expenses and was told that ****** would submit them for reimbursement. Again, we never received a call from them with an update, we had to continue calling everyday for over a week before we were finally able to speak to someone, who notified ** that they were denying the claim to reimburse her-THEY SCREWED UP, admitted they should have arranged the rental car to be covere

      Bought a car from ******************** during the summer. Went to use heater and no heat. Called and was told I would have to take it from my home in Belleville to Creve Coeur. The service center called to let me know that I would probably have to pay $125 for diagnostic testing. I was lead to believe I was buying a car in good working condition. I don't believe I should be inconvenienced or charged for repairs.

      Terrible, pass the buck operation. Can never get a straight up answer. Customer resolution operations manager speaks a good game but really does nothing to help. I'll take my business to ************************* ********* back in **** where I know if there's a problem they handle it on the spot when possible.
