Purchase this bottle of Nature's miracle. It did not work. Is 100% guaranteed. It did not take the stink out of my carpet. They offer a refund if not satisfied. I am not satisfied. Product did not come with charging device in the box. Called ************ number and ****** answered. I told him there wasn't a charging device in the box, and he says I have to take it back to the store I purchased it from. The box for the device states I cannot use any other charging device except the one in the box. He insisted I can use any other device, and I told him I tried to, but the device would not charge. He then asked if I held the on button for 3-5 second and I assured him I did. He said he cannot provide me with a replacement charging device and just listened on the phone - I felt it appeared he was being comical. I asked if this call was being recorded, he said yes, and I said I would not purchase anything related to the Cutter brand in the future. May 31 I purchased Spectrum weed killer, and sprayed my yard last week after mowing. It barely killed the dandelions, and the yard is full of clover, crab grass, daisy and so many other weeds. I struggle to mow the grass , and dont need weeds making it thicker and harder to push mow. Spectrum has a money back guarantee if you mail the physical receipt to them. I Never longer have the receipt , and only have the online receipt. I always use this brand , but this is the last time, its not working and I wasted my money and time, am seeking a full refund and will include my online receipt. I have reviewed the business' response regarding complaint ID ******** and am satisfied with this resolution. Accepted as late bf as the refund check arrives. The print on the bottle was fine print, lucky to been able to view it. I wont be making any further purchases of Spectrum product. It didnt do the job .

I had a ****** ****** grill that was still under warranty. The grill started messing up so I emailed spectrum brand to get a replacement. I then waited,got back in contact did not have model I had are any other replacement model. This all started in 11/2024. Then I notified them I would like a refund. Doing the refund process I gave them my new address,but getting back in contact I was told sent to old address and this was in jan/2025. I am filing a formal complaint against Copper Chef Cookware regarding their failure to honor the five-year warranty for my Copper Chef pan set. I purchased this cookware with the understanding that the warranty would provide either a replacement or a refund in the event of product defects within the coverage period.Recently, I attempted to redeem my warranty due to issues with the cookware. However, I was informed by Copper Chefs customer support that the pans are no longer in stock and will not be restocked. They offered me a refund but required me to return the cookware at my own expense.This response raises several concerns:Breach of Warranty Terms Nowhere in the original warranty documentation was it stated that the warranty would be invalidated if the product was discontinued. Customers were led to believe they would receive a replacement or refund without unreasonable barriers.Unfair Burden on the Customer Requiring customers to return used cookware at their own expense to receive a refund contradicts the purpose of a warranty and places undue burden on consumers. Failure to Provide a Suitable Resolution If replacements are no longer available, the company should honor the warranty with a direct refund or credit without requiring unnecessary returns.I believe this is a deceptive business practice, as the company is failing to honor its stated warranty terms in good faith. I received an PowerXL VortexAir Fryer Model # AF-E8001 for Christmas from my daughter. I went to use it and there was NO instruction booklet. REPEAT NO INSTRUCTION BOOKLET. I contacted the companies customer service and I asked for a instruction booklet. The agent said that I would have to contact them at ************************************************** She said that i could go online and look at and download the booklet. I didn't lose or damage the booklet I didn't get one in the packaging. I think i deserve a booklet sent to me since it was their fault. I used Spectracide WEED STOP on my ***************** and it killed it. I am so mad, frustrated and bewildered. I have used Spectracide products for over 15 years and have never run into anything like this. All of my beautiful St Augustine grass has turned to brown straw. I have contacted Spectrum and they offer to take NO responsibility for their product causing this damage.Business Response

11/20/23, ordered cordless duo sealer. May 29, 2023, contacted Spectrum Home Appliances regarding unit cord being damaged. They told me to cut the cord in half and take a picture of it. Send a check for $ 7.50, for the warranty and it was back ordered. They cashed my check, I called frequently and was told that I was being sent a new unit. It was being processed. Then on December 5, when my husband called he was told to call ************, because Spectrum was no longer handling the sealers. When I called, I was told that I was out of luck because my warranty was expired.
