      Was kept updated on the status of my windows from manufacture, shipped and install time. Workers were polite, professional, and timely. The room looks brighter as the windows and screens are not dark as others Ive had.

      This is the second time I have used Renewal by Andersen for my windows. Always very pleased with their knowledge, craftmanship and professionalism. Will use them again.

      Cannot give 0 stars. No service after the sale. We have been trying to get a window repaired since Oct, this is late Mar. After multiple calls (most are not returned) we have had 3 scheduled service calls, either wrong part, part not available, technician couldn't fix. Today, tech showed up to say the tech who could look at our windows for the moisture collecting on the inside frames wasn't coming, schedule error. $49,000 worth of worthless windows. Renewal calls are plentiful when selling. Service calls are not returned or after 45 min on hold, we give up. RIP-off, bad product, bad service. Please use some of your advertising budget to train scheduling & service technicians.

      I have "suffered" with problems with this company & their products since the initial ordering in June, 2020!! Final installation in Dec 2020. I ordered 10 double hung windows, 4 atrium windows, a front door with side panels and French doors for my deck. The cost was in the $5x,xxx! won't go into lengthy detail, but I have had many problems with the installation of the windows and doors. Also, the front door and French doors are NOT Andersen. They were from some other company, ******! Most recently, my double hung window in the bedroom accumulated ice in all the corners. It was discovered that there was NO insulation in the tract! This was repaired. I'm seriously concerned that all my other windows may have the same issue. I discovered they were all lose and they required some "fix" by placing little shims in each one! My biggest concern and complaint is that the windows do not seem to have any sound deadening quality at all. My bedroom is so noisy at night, I have to use a sound machine to disguise the noise. They tell me I am the first customer to have this complaint. And the Energy Star efficiency is non-existent in my windows. The glass radiates heat in the summer and cold in the winter. I must leave my drapes closed to prevent my room from being too hot or cold. I can't believe this is normal. They tell me there is no way they can measure for this??? In summary, I would NOT recommend this company. I have experienced the same customer service issues as others have listed in previous complaints. I am extremely disappointed, and, if I could afford it, I would have all of my new windows replaced by another company! The initial sales pitch was enticing due to no interest financing, so they made it enticing. Buyer beware!!

      I wish I would have looked at the other reviews on BBB before asking Renewal to give me a quote on a window. Read the following reviews before you go to Renewal. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

      I had an iron clad appointment set for today at 2PM. They were given all the pertinent information yesterday as to what I wanted and I was looking to get other things done as well. They set an appointment and they called today and I got the impression they were giving excuses as to weasel out of it today. The excuses they gave me is that there was no one in my area at the moment which they were supposed to send someone to my specific address, did not say yesterday that they would only send one if they were in my area. Then they started hedging on the repair I am wanting. Again, they knew fully up front what services I wanted. told them I had basement windows that needed to be redone totally. They knew this yesterday and they said nothing about not providing those services. They wasted a day for me. I had received a confirmation call from them and then today they pulled this mess.

      Very pleased with installation of six windows and a ProVia entry door. I love the look of the windows and door. I am pleased that my wife is thrilled with the look of the door. She is very pleased that the bronze color fits in well with the color of the brick.

      Wonderful experience with knowledgeable, competent employees. We had Andersen windows in a previous ************* even consider anything else this time. After replacing our patio door almost two years ago, we replaced all our windows this year. What a difference over builder-grade windows, especially in the really cold temperatures weve had this year. Andersen windows may be a little more expensive than other brands, but they are top quality.
