      My grandson took his car there and they have taken a long time and now they say his transmission is out and it is going to cost him more. Something must be done about this company I also took my car years back and I had the same problem.For as long as they have been in business they have poor service and they don't fix anything.

      This place is a joke i paid over **** for a transmission to be rebuilt it took a long time to get the car back i had to take the car back because it was not acting right they returned car back said nothing was wrong i continued to drive the car then it came time to get car legal again and i was informed the houseing where the the transmission bolts to the car was cracked and broke and took car back to them they said the warrenty was up on car i told them that this wasnt about the transmission working they cracked the houseing allen stated he would not ************* the bolts and they would fix it i got car back weeks later and it was jb welded this place is a joke

      I am having the worst experience for it to be my first experience with Allen transmission. I recently had them to rebuild my transmission 4l60e ***** Tahoe I picked it up the first time didn't have it two weeks it went out on me I took it back because it was under warranty they said they discovered a cracked band so they kept it to fix it. I spoke with *** again he stated the mechanic didn't like the rebuild they trashed the first transmission and was going to rebuild me one with all brand new parts well here it is again one week later the transmission went out again. Now what's making me angy is he keeps asking what I'm doing with the truck like it's something I'm doing I told him all I do is drive the truck I don't tow anything I don't load it with anything.
