      Hired this company to clean our fireplace. The technician left parts off the baffles causing them to fall out of the fireplace.I called and spoke to a gentleman (name unknown) and explained our situation. His best answer was to not address the issue and began to berate me because I called him brother.A term we Christians use as a form of respect. He explained to me that I was not in fact his brother and had zero interest in resolving this matter.Therefore we are seeking a refund for the service as they broke our equipment.

      ID ********. This is the only letter that I did receive.

      Please be advised that all of phone calls are recorded through a third part company. The conversation to that call is attached with (business) being myself and 

      (caller) being *****. I have no plans to refund the money as he would not let us come back to the house.

      I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

      Why would anyone let a company representative be as rude as to tell a customer ",I'm not your brother," when you are being nothing but kind and respectful back in your home. Also the emergency number is for emergencies. We had a 86 year old sitting with blankets on himself. The technician they originally sent out would not get on the roof of our cabin because he was afraid of heights. Botton line is a week to wait for something THEY broke to be fixed is unacceptable. Therefore we are not satisfied with their response and after reading the comments on their ******** it seems this employee isn't new to his rude behavior to paying customers.

      We will never use them again and will make every effort to get the word out
