    Alternator went out while traveling through the area. We were stranded so had it towed. My truck was in their shop for 11 days to replace the alternator. Replacement failed in less than two *************** manager will not return my calls. I replaced the alternator they installed within 20 minutes. By far the easiest alternator swap I've ever done. They charged $450 in labor for the job. $450 for 20 minute job is fraud. Filing small claims lawsuit.

    Just bought a used 2013 f150. Had a great salesman and the truck drove great and was happy with it. But later that night the check engine light came on. I kept trying to get in touch with them and every time I was put on hold. I went to the service center and all they done was reset everything. I explained to them that I just bought the truck and it's not right but now they say they can't do anything unless I pay for them to fix it. Didn't have it 12 hours and already having problems. Very disappointed with the service and I will never go back. I would not recommend them to anyone .
