Theyre amazon store was sold out. They charge 20% more on amazon. So i ordered directly from the atlas website. I understood there was a wait time. But now they have the same items back in stock on amazon while i have been waiting for 2 months. They should be fulfilling orders and not be restocking amazon at a higher price. This is bad business and i expect my order sooner. Its borderline fraud. You cant make people wait months while amazon all the sudden can ship in 2 days.Business Response

We apologize for any confusion. Atlas 46 is a manufacturer and all products are made to order if you buy from our website. We also have distributors, like Dearborn Supply on Amazon, that buy bulk of our product to have on hand for immediate shipment. The prices are increased on Amazon by ******** and not Atlas 46. Currently, we are working with Amazon to build inventory for our own store, so customers are able to receive product immediately and not get charged extra by Dearborn for the convenience of quick shipping. It is stated on Atlas 46's website that production times are ***** days and this order is within 45 days.Customer Answer

The amazon store is called Atlas 46. You have the same complaints with the same excuse. You are misleading customers. The lead time was only recognizable after the sale.
You trickle product to make returning a hassle. I had shoulder pads over a month ago, a pouch 2 weeks ago. Still no vest. But NOW ATLAS **************************************** stock priced 20% higher while you make people wait months shopping from your website.Name the store something different if it os a third party. You trickle product for months while your 90 day turn around is not clearly stated anywhere and actually contradicting your 90 day while stating why wait? Order today
ive had useless shoulder pads for months. Thanks for the pouch i cant use. Premium price should be premium service. You have 1 competitor.

For $20 more, i can now order the same items (from ATLAS 46 amazon store) and receive them in 2 days. Ive waited over 2 months. If its a 3rd party, why is it still Atlas46.
i have shoulder pads, a magnet, and a pouch that are all worthless without the belt or vest.
Full fill customer orders before your amazon store.
The fact it takes another month to receive a refund along with the hassle of having to print a label and drive to **** along with waiting months is why i havent canceled the remaining.im guessing this complaint will cause me another month of waiting. The wait time was only seen after payment. No where in description does it state 90days.
Although descriptions do state why wait? Order today The irony.
Hire more people if you are so busy. For the price you charge.
Stop emailing me to cancel when i already have the useless parts you randomly send.

Sure is strange the order ships right after complaint. Received the long awaited items. Theyre high quality was a vest that would catch when trying to zip up.
Customer service is terrible and care more about their ego than their product. Wasted 2 1/2 months waiting. Wasted more money on an average tool belt while waiting.
Im easy to please. I know how their vests zip. This had wavy stitching.
im ****** because they mark up 20% on amazon and ship next day, while making customers on their sight wait. If amazon is a 3rd party, then change the name. Almost like you are kiting customer's payments.
For what Atlas charges, this is ridiculous. Their generic response about quality is false.
Atlas wasted my time and cost me money. This complaint does nothing but vent, while BBB gets their payment from Atlas.

I ordered $1300 worth of atlas ************************************************************* Feb of this year. Over the past few months attachments for my new tool belt have trickled in but are useless without the main belt or pouches. I ordered an atlas 45 saratoga vest for $300 off Amazon and it arrived 1 week later. I was aware when I purchased from atlas 46 6-8 week ***** time. I keep calling since the 6-8 weeks have long passed. I was given $140 off on the first main order. I'm still invested $1700 in atlas ***************************************************** production. I just want what I paid for. From Feb till its now hours before ****** could I please just get my full purchase.Business Response

When you order our products from Amazon, you are patronizing a third party seller/ dealer who has purchased Atlas 46 gear from us and then re-sells it on the app, which is why it is readily available. When you order directly from us, the manufacturer, there is a significant wait/lead time involved as we procure only ***-sourced materials and are at the mercy of those suppliers. I looked at your orders and see that everything but the Padded Belt has been completed and can be partially shipped to you from order #******. Once the belt has been completed, we can ship that to you at no further charge, and send an email with tracking information once it is ready to leave our facility. The lead time on that item is less than 4 weeks at this time. Order #****** can also be partially shipped, everything but the hammer hold has been completed. Once that item is finished, we will ship that to you also at no further charge.
We are happy to discount items, as we have with your order, if we go passed our projected lead time. We also can refund your order at anytime if you choose not to continue to wait. We hope you don't opt for that, but understand if you do.

I ordered a tool belt with several attachments on Wed, Dec 7, 2022, 2:09 PM. I contacted them on January 9th to inquire as to the status, and they could not give me one. They just said to wait longer.
It is now February 23, 2023. I do not believe it takes 3 months to make a tool belt. Nor should it. Nor was I told that it would be SEVERAL MONTHS before receiving my order. This is ridiculous.Business Response

We do try to inform all customers by stating on our website that lead times will vary based on the product from the time of purchase, and we do not produce the items without an order. Also, since we are a USA manufacturer that allows consumers to order directly from us, our handcrafted products are made to order. This means that some items may have longer production times than others.
All handmade come with a lifetime warranty, as well as a 46 day trial period. The quality of our products is hands down the best on the market as well as made with premium materials. The lead time associated with hand making these items is and has been a bit more substantial than when ordering from a typical retailer.
We are happy to discuss options with you so that we can come to an amicable solution to your issues with us, or, if you would like to cancel your order at this time and recieve a full refund, we can do that as well. Just let us know!

I havent received my purchased item. And i have yet to get a tracking number. Its been 8 weeks. They told me no longer than 6 to 8 weeks. I called to follow up and me and the employee who answered. As you know, we manufacture everything to order by hand and sometimes there are design issues that happen even after the product has been launched. At this time, the lead time is approximately 6-8 weeks or less from being completed and shipped.
I understand your frustration with this. I can cancel the order and refund your payment. I can also offer a discount of 15% if you're okay with waiting the additional time until the Double Cargo Tool Chest Panel is completed.

Atlas 46 is misleading consumers on lead times. I purchased products in excesses of 200$ and have only received part of the order that is useless without the other unit. I purchased products on 8-23-2022 and in the purchase order email it states as follows; ********** from the time of purchase are several months, and we do not produce the items without an order. On the website for the same product I ordered it states as follows ********** vary based on the product from the time of purchase, and we do not produce the items without an order. Atlas46 misleads consumers on social media by posting NEW release products at a steady rate, this to me is telling me that they have time to take my hard earned money and tell me that it will take months to receive my order but they have time to produce and sell new products putting the consumer on the back burner as the *** ********************* continues to make his money. I personally work in an industry that when the job is done we get paid Atlas46 should adopt this concept perhaps they would make sure the customers are satisfied before adding new products to sell. Atlas 46 *** ********************* should be shifting to production of the goods Atlas 46 offers for sale and NOT developing new products until his current products are to par and being shipped. He is misleading the customers to make money. If I inherited a company like Atlas46 i personally would make sure my products got out the door and to the customers asap especially before developing new products.Business Response
