    We were quoted $825 for them to replace our skirting around our mobile home, them buying the supplies. Called twice and went into to office to confirm price just last week. We were told multiple times, that price included all the supplies and the labor, that is the correct amount. The tech shows up at the appointment we set and told us that the first estimate did not include the track and our new estimate is $1825 and left. When we called to talk to a manager we were informed that the tech under priced the first quote, they reviewed it and could not do this job for that price. We were never informed of their mistake. The tech who came out today said he misquoted the first estimate and did not include the track. The manager said the first quote was indeed for all the supplies but just severely underpriced after he reviewed it. When we asked why we werent informed of this before our appointment he said the tech told us when he gave the new quote but that was not what we were told. We have some of the conversation recorded on Ring with the tech this morning talking about it was just for the skirting. When we asked why the track wasnt included in the first quote because that was just as clearly damaged as the skirt, we were told he just messed up. After review they found he misquoted. They are unwilling to honor their original quote or offer any form of compensation for their mistakes.
