    Lied to me about when my appointment was. They use a 3rd party answering service which as no idea whats going on. Never showed up to my appointment and wasted my time.All they can say is not my problem

We informed you that we could add you to our waitlist, as no appointments were available at that time due to high demand. This information was confirmed in our recorded call. Since then, we have received several follow-up calls from you, and on each occasion, our local team reiterated that you were on our waitlist and that we would reach out as soon as an appointment became available.

    Given the recent flooding, we currently have over ************************************************************************ order. Our third-party answering service helps us manage these high call volumes and is instructed to maintain accurate and consistent communication. During one follow-up call, they confirmed your "appointment slot" on our waitlist, which is an internal tool we use to track our customer list. We apologized for the miscommunication and have since addressed it with our team to prevent future issues.

    Following this clarification, our local team confirmed with you directly that you were still on our waitlist and that we could not provide an estimated timeframe for availability.
