    I saw a video on ******** from *************** talking about Wellness Warrior supplements. I have health issues, so I ordered some to try. After using it for a few months and found no health benefits I tried to call the phone on the bottle to stop all shipments and cancel my subscription or whatever they had signed me up to receive. To my surprise the phone number on the bottle is bogus and doesnt work. Ive tried repeatedly to get these shipments stopped without success! These are just the most recent charges that came out of my bank account: 1-22-25 ************** $37.00 2-22-25 $226.62 12-22-24 $37.00 12-22-25 $37.00 11-22-25 $226.62 This has been going on for almost a year now and I need them to stop shipping out pills and stop charging my bank account! I cant find any contact information other than the phone number that DOES NOT WORK! I feel that this is just another scammer out there taking advantage of sick people dealing with chronic pain, like myself! Thank you, ***** *****

    I cancelled my order with this business on 12/19/24, when I check to see if it has been cancelled, it only shows that it&#**;s under review. I have tried to contact the business but is says voicemailbox is full.

    Id number ********, the business Wellness Warrior sent one bottle of vitamins and charged me for it. They stated in a email that the subscription was canceled, I had the hardest time getting this business to respond. Thank You so much for your help and trying to resolve this issue. This is a business that's hard to communicate with. Have a good day!

    $ 10..88 was took out of my bank account on 10/5/22 & $97.00 they took out of my bank Account. I was not expecting this amount of $97.00 & I returned the package & the post office said they received it on 10/27/22. They will not refund the money they took & wont return my phone calls. I did expect the $10.88 I have told them not to take anymore money from my bank account & don’t send any more product to me. I left messages for them also & they don’t return my calls.

    On October 4th, 2022, Customer placed an order with our company for our DIGEST and IMMUNE pack monthly subscription.

    As you can see by my supporting evidence, customers are required to complete multiple steps (3) to complete a transaction. 

    1st- Customer was required to physically enter their information including their name, email, shipping address and method of payment

    2nd - check either the RED or BLUE button - Customer selected the Blue button that reads " YES, I WANT TO ORDER THIS! Click Here To Review Pricing And Confirm Your Order."

    3rd - Check ANOTHER box that reads " YES, I WANT ONE PACK A MONTH Clicking here will IMMEDIATELY charge you $97 and begin your subscription."

    As you can see, on this final option, there is the option to cancel if customer changed their mind at that point however, customer proceeded with their order.

    On each step, customers are required to check a box or click a button to advance onto the next step. This is legally considered a customer signature. 

     

    Terms and conditions are presented on each of these 3 steps. 

    These terms state that orders are non-refundable and refusal of product shipment does not void or cancel agreement made ** See supporting evidence 

     

    For the safety and security of our customers, we do not resell returned items and as such, we are unable to accept returns. Any packages attempted to be returned to us are refused.

     

    Customer contacted us for the first time on November 3rd - which is 1 MONTH after their order was placed.** see supporting evidence of call record. I personally spoke with the customer  

    IF the customer would have immediately contacted our office, before their order shipped, we would have been able to cancel it. 

     

    Customer is liable for the charges. We're sorry they missed the terms and conditions
