    This company has horrible customer service!!! They charge you for subscriptions that have been cancelled and then ship them without sending a tracking number or a notification that it has even shipped! And on top of it, all this was after I emailed them the day they charged my account to tell them this was cancled and to not ship anything and send me a refund! They were very sneaky and decided to ship it anyway without notifying me! Now they're ignoring my requests for refund after they can clearly see their order was refused, and sent back to them! If they don't refund me I will make sure to let EVERYONE all over social media platforms how corrupt this company is!!!! I see others have reported them too! Also, the subscription price said $29.99 but they charged me $47.77!!! SCAMMERS!!! No respect for customers will only ruin your business!

    My first shipment of $160 I never received. They said their tracking number showed delivered. Nothing I could do about it between the company or the post office. I made sure there was no AutoShip, but three months later another $160 out of my bank account. I emailed them and told them to stop the shipment. It was still pending in my account that I did not order it. She said they sent me an email seven days out and three days out. So theres nothing they can do about it. I did not receive any email. I checked spam. I told her once I received it, I need to send it back. YOU CAN NOT SEND IT BACK!! What company pulls this? This took place 12 days ago. I still have not received the shipment and they took out $160 in my account.

    I would not recommend this company. I placed an order on 1/24/24 and still have not received it. Supposedly, due to lack of product, which is the Vitamin D and Zinc, which I did not order. I will not use this company again. I have emailed them twice. Still no product.

    Incredibly deceptive marketing. They lure you in with special offer but have the facts in very tiny print. I will never order from them again.

    Hi ******. As we previously discusses with you, we're sorry that you overlooked the terms of the product you purchased. On the site, it does state $29.99 per bottle but also next to price says (*PER BOTTLE W/ 90 DAY CHALLENGE PACK) - On the bottle qty options customers have to select from, it breaks down each option and pricing. I have that price breakdown below. You selected for 1 bottle, no subscription and the price is listed next to it which is $57.00. Furthermore, on the check out page, the cost ($57.00) was noted. If there was any questions or concerns about the price, it should have been addressed with us PRIOR to you finalizing your order. As a company, we did our due diligence to lay out pricing, terms and conditions to customers. It's not on us as a company if someone fails to read before submitting their order.
