Im disappointed that I spent so much money and trust to fix my truck the fact that I spent so much money to get my truck I dropped my truck off cause my check engine light was on for the fuel tank pressure sensor and spent so much money to get my truck back Friday and my light came back on for the fuel tank pressure sensors of why its on I brought the paper of the reason I brought it at first Im not spending any more money and I want the that to be fix I was told a new gas tank as which that sensor shouldve got change and believe looking for more money just make it seem like its a different problem just to have you come back which just simple problem that cost less money to fix

Johnny Londoff charged my husband $2300 to repair my car, after they fixed my car ran maybe 2 weeks and I went to leave and my car is still doing the same thing they claimed they fixed. My husband did call them back and they told us to bring the car back because it maybe something else(meaning that were going to charge more money) We have been afraid to take it back to them in fear of being charged more money. We trusted them to fix my car and its still sitting up

They say the 3rd time is a charm, I say 3 strikes your out of here. Johnny londoff is no better than a shade tree mechanic. 3 times in 6 months for the same issue.Over 1 k in charges for no results. I will be looking for a reputable dealer. I will not recommend anyone to trust j. Londoff. I have alot of patience but it's run out and when I question their repair methods, they got very defensive and acted like was being unreasonable for questioning their practices. They are full of excuses. A family member wanted to purchase a new vehicle from them, but not now since I informed them why they shouldn't buy from them. Not REPUTABLE.

Someone there steals. Though it was minor, it was still my property and should not have been touched. I won't return there for another oil change or issue, even with discounts.

Avoid this dealershipI purchased an AWD vehicle with four different tires, each with significantly different tread depthsbasic knowledge dictates the need for uniformity in tire type and tread depth for AWD cars to prevent drivetrain damage. The car was also missing front floor mats. Despite contacting the dealer promptly after purchase and having my mechanic assess the vehicle, no resolution was offered.Subsequently, I spent an extra $200 on floor mats and now face an additional cost of $400-$600 to replace three tires, essential for preventing potential damage to the supposedly "ready to be sold" vehicle. Surprisingly, my mechanic noted dirty engine oil, another oversight one would not expect from a reputable dealership during pre-sale preparations. While the sales team was kind and communicative, and the vehicle overall is okay, this experience reflects a concerning lack of attention to crucial details by the service department and/or management.

Well for one I give them zero Stars. I found a car online that they were selling there at ****** londoff a **** Pontiac Grand am GT they wanted $5,000 for the car I paid him a little bit less than that the car was a filthy dirty disaster they wouldn't let me drive it off the lot they lied to me the car had three gas leaks in the fuel system they didn't fix or go through that car at all and then when I was very upset about the whole situation after I bought the car I said I was going to give him a bad ****** review and the manager of ****** ******* asked me how much it would cost for me not to make a bad ****** review on ****** ******* and I told him $300 and he paid me sent me $300 in the mail I'd never buy another car from ****** l****** if it was brand new or not. I thought ****** ******* is a scam a rip off car lot I've heard it from a tow truck driver to give me a left one day he said that ****** ******* was a b******* car lot. But problems with that car since I bought it it's in the shop right now as we speak and every shop I took taking it to I've been ripped off and s*** hasn't been fixed like it was supposed to been.

I recently purchased a 2019 Jeep compass no more than 30 days ago. From the beginning Ive had multiple problems with the car. *** contacted and left voicemails with multiple managers and representatives within the company and no one returns my calls to address my problems and concerns. I finally was able to get an appointment with the service department on June 8th,2023. They claim they did a diagnostic test and ordered the parts that would fix what is wrong and wanted me to come in as soon as the parts were ready. I took my car in to be fixed Monday June 19th,2023 and at 2:25pm that day they said it was ready to be picked up. After I picked up the car the next day my engine light came on and things appear worse. Can someone please help me I feel I have been sold a lemon

one star, because you cant submit 0 stars. We were quoted a price for a new car and we said yes. Then we were contacted and were informed that there would be an additional $5000 dealer premium!! What a way to do business! My advice would be to steer way clear of these folks. When your family name is on the business, you would think that would mean something. But, I dont know the family, maybe this is the way they do business. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Wife and I bought a new 2020 **** Silverado 4x4. 2 years later it needs new tires. They put some low mileage tire on there. Along while taking it there to the dealership for oil changes. The service department dont even tell you about your vehicle needing tires.
