    Untrustworthy, unprofessional and incompetent. Did not follow contract, bought incorrect material for project. Sent incompetent workers to site. Destroyed property

    I am writing in response to the complaint submitted by ***** ******, regarding their project with Ds Home Solutions LLC. While we strive to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction, I would like to address the concerns raised and provide clarity on the situation. Due to unforeseen supply chain delays, the materials for this project took longer to arrive than originally anticipated. This delay was beyond our control and was communicated to the customer during the course of the project. The correct materials were ordered and installed, as reflected in our invoices, which I am happy to provide for your review. It is important to note that no damage was done to the customers property during the project. Additionally, the customer initially attempted to withhold payment until I had to inform them of the potential for a lien being placed on the property. Following this, they submitted a review that I believe is defamatory and inaccurate, as it does not reflect the facts of the situation. Ds Home Solutions LLC operates with integrity and transparency, and we take all feedback seriously. However, this review appears to be an attempt to defame our company rather than a genuine reflection of our services. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed in light of the supporting documentation provided, which demonstrates that we fulfilled our obligations and delivered the correct materials as agreed upon. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please let me know if additional documentation or clarification is required. I look forward to resolving this issue promptly.
