      We had to prepay for services never received. And now Meridian won't issue a refund. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

      Contracts are deceitful. Sign for a *********** can change it any time they want. Their fees are 50% of what the dumpster fee is on top of it.Not sure why you have to give at least one star to post. Don't even deserve that.

      Meridian Waste is a horrible company that only picked up trash half of the time and charged full price. Their customer service is also very poor!!!!!!!

      I have a dumpster that is terrible condition lids are missing on the top and there is a very large hole in the front of the dumpster so when they come to dump it, it dumps all over the ground and it's a nasty/stink mess, I have called numerous times and they say the same thing... there is a service ticket for it to be replaced but no one ever shows up to replace it! This company is a joke! I understand they have a driver shortage at least that's what they keep telling me! But if they are going to continue to charge you every month and not do their job then something should be done! I wouldn't even give 1 star! Their customer care service team is no better they refer me to them and that's just as big of joke as the regular number! Very unsatisfied but there is no other service available to us in my area!

      Very poor customer service and kept our money with no service! We had over $40 credit on our account due to lost pickup weeks. POA cancelled their contract due to breach of contract for missing too many pickups. Meridian would not credit our card! Cannot believe this is legal! One way of making a profit!

      Do not sign up for trash service with Meridian. They never come and never issue a refund. They always call and delay our pick up and then never show up.
