    I don't think this is a legitimate company. Like others have said, they came out on a warranty claim to check on an overflowing drain and leaky pipe in our kitchen. The technician took a quick look, told us it was a blocked line (duh), quickly took our $75 fee and never heard from them again. They never submitted information to our warranty company, both we and the warranty company called multiple times and left messages with no response. They've found a great way to make quick money with no work involved, stay away!

    DO NOT USE!I had to use them because of a home warranty plan when I purchased house.A/C went down and took multiple phone calls and finally got him out 2 days later. We were told it was fixed and paid him. Not sure it was fixed because within days the temperature in house was over 90 degrees. Called again (total of 6 calls with messages and a call to warranty company). After 2 days with temperatures over 100 degrees, we called another company that was out within the hour to fix the problem. Never a phone call back! Don't understand how a company can have that bad of service.
