      I took in 3 couch cushions to be dry cleaned and was never told the price until after the service was completed. They also do not list their prices on their website.

      Hello, We do not post prices on our website but we are always happy to let customer know the price of the cleaning items upon request before the cleaning is done. We do have our standard prices listed in our stores but unfortunately we cannot post the cost of every item that we are able to clean.

      My wife took in her Columbia bubble jacket to get cleaned at the Pride Cleaners at ******************. They notified her it was ready for pick up, so she went to pick up the jacket, as she got home and took it out of the plastic. She noticed that the jacket looked not clean on the white part of the jacket towards the top part of the jacket. She noticed that it looked worse picking it up than when she had dropped it off at the store. They told her they would reimburse her for the jacket. That was a lie it didnt happen. They said the best they could do is try to clean it again and they didnt do a great job the second time around either. They left black scuff marks on it. And told her they couldnt do anything else. So if I was you I wouldnt take anything to that location on ***************. OP. They just dont care about your belongings. Action speaks louder then words and it wouldnt have been a big deal but the jacket was less then a year old.
