    This company has the best **************** around. We just had a Christmas box. What fun items in it. Gives me the opportunity to leave my comfort zone and learn something new. They put a lot of time and energy into coming up with unique items. Their shipping can be a little slow at times but greatly improved in last 12 months.

    MSQC is great! I have shopped online and in person with them and really dont understand the bad reviews. Everyone I encountered in the stores was helpful and it seems their shipping issues are not much different than anyone elses. Even Amazon Prime is barely getting things shipped in two days anymore! This was my first year participating in their Christmas box. It was fun! Were there things in the box that I may never use? Yes, but I knew that was a possibility going in. Will I order the box again? I most likely will.

    Wonderful and huge selection of quality fabrics, notions and all things quilting and sewing. Their customer service department is excellent. Never had an issue with shipping. When visiting in person, all staff have been excellent, friendly and extremely helpful. I LOVE everything about Missouri Star Quilt Company!

    Missouri Star Quilt Company as excellent customer Service. If you have a problem with a messed up order they fix. Packages arrive in great condition. If they are late it is not due to them. They can not control the company doing the delivery or the weather. The Christmas boxes were great. A lot of work wen into making them. As many as we're bought it took a lot of time to package them for shipment. I prefer Missouri Star Quilt over any other Online shopping for fabric.

    Small family-owned business that does a wonderful job of spreading cheer to quilters during the holiday season. Provide good quality products in their "surprise" Christmas Advent box and good quality products and delivery year round. Their shipping is slow compared to Amazon but this is a small family owned business. People have u realistically come to expect Amazon to be the norm.

    MSQ customer service has solved any problem that I have call the with. I enjoyed my Christmas box that I have bought for the last two years. Any shipping problems I have called ***** the company they use for shipping. Does it take a little longer for the items to ship? Yes Is it worth the wait? Yes. Are the items of good quality? Yes Will I buy the Christmas box next year? Yes Will I still recommend them? Yes

    First year purchasing box. Loved it. Will I use everything no. Are they things I would have purchased myself no. The box is about anticipation and joy. Being single with no family for Christmas it kept my spirits up. MSQC is a wonderful family business
