    Unbelievably long order prep and shipping turnaround. Even their own phone representatives encouraged me to cancel my order, and I was a first-time customer. 20th century customer response and shipping in the 21st century. Shopper - move on.

    Don't even bother with the ***** Christmas Box - you WILL be disappointed and feel utterly conned! Not worth the $$ or the extremely LONG time to receive it . I am sooooo upset with this business - I will not even bother to watch their videos anymore. I will find another FAMILY business that cares about my business. They do love my $$ but I am sure there are other folks who will too and return the favor by great customer service and AWESOME shipping times. Heaven help if you need something quickly. Snarky is the best work I can think of when it comes to a live customer service ********** also love to hang up on you when THEY cannot grasp the issue you are trying to explain. Find a local quilt shop - shop locally or take a short day trip and visit some other shops. You won't regret it and they will overwhelmingly LOVE to serve you!

    I signed up for the Block of the Month program for Table Toppers. I got the first couple, just fine. They have processed my payment for September, October and November, and I havent seen product since August. Missouri Star Quilt is very prompt to take my payment, but I doubt I will ever see product. I reach out to the company and they say its a third party shipping concern and lots of people are in this mess. This is not my concern. I want my product but cannot get anyone to help me.

    Their products are great. I have been ordering from them for years. Their delivery time has dropped dramatically, last order took them a week before they shipped which seems to be the norm. It also takes them days to respond to emails. Sometimes dont ever get an answer. Their customer service has declined dramatically for online orders over the years. They use to be great but besides their actual products not so much anymore. I only order from them when I cant find it elsewhere as it takes 2-3 weeks sometimes to get my order.

    Used **************** for delivery information. ***** answered my emails and kept me informed. Also, he checked back after delivery to be sure everything was in order. Excellent service.

    The have great products, but extremely poor shipping. This is not the first time I have had slow shipping. I ordered products on 10/20, did not get any follow up email that they had shipped. I called customer service on 10/29. My call was answered by a very pleasant gentleman He said that their systems had been having problems communicating, and that my order was on it's way. When I got off the phone, I saw his email and that my package was at the clearing house in Kansas. Today is day 12 and I still do not have my order. Upshot is, if you need something quickly, absolutely go somewhere else.

    I ordered a $600 sewing machine stated in stock. Advertised to deliver in 6 days. I am now looking at 8 days with multiple times of contacting. I told them to ship or cancel order. They sent me tracking number but a day later item still has not been given to ******

    I paid for ***** 2-day shipping because I needed my merchandise in two days! On the third business day, after a weekend, I went online and noticed my merchandise was NOT shipped. When I contacted them, I was told that part of the order was back ordered and the other part had not been cut!UNBELIEVABLE! I don't usually pay for 2-day shipping but when I do it is because I need the merchandise. I was told that it is day-2 shipping ONLY after the product is packaged and shipped. This organization does NOT state this when they advertise 2-day shipping! I will NEVER use Missouri Star Quilt Company again. I have had much better results from Etsy sellers!

    Their shipping time stinks. This is the second time I have had problems. This time I ordered on 8/5, the package was shipped on 8/7 and according to ***** it would arrive on 8/11. Today is the 16th and ***** cannot give me an estimate of where my package is or when it will be delivered. I talked to MSQC the first time I ordered from them and had this same problem and they were less than helpful. Basically told me I just had to wait for it to show up. Why on earth would a company use a shipper that has caused them to receive so many complaints??? This is my last time dealing with them.
