    This is an awesome company. They have responded to any problems that I have had quickly. This year was my 2nd for the Christmas Box and I have enjoyed both of them. It is impossible for everyone who orders a box to love every item in it, but they do a great job with the items. I believe they are with more than what we pay for the box. Thank you MSQC!

    I have read the complaints others have posted. While I am sure it was disheartening and very disappointing to feel like you've *************, I would like to remind everyone that we have been in a pandemic and everyone in every company is having to "make do". Unfortunately quality and accuracy becomes sacrificed. I have had errors made on orders by MSQC, but I have ALWAYS been able to resolve the issue with their customer service. As far as the Christmas boxes go, I have bought them every year they have been offered. I know for a fact that the value of the items far exceeds what they are charging. I have been a customer of **************** for quite a few years now and I think a little compassion and understanding of the times we are living in might put things in a little different perspective.

    Was given Christmas Box as a gift. Received more than expected. Wonderful present. Will be purchasing it again next year and also giving one as a gift for my sister. Was everything what I wanted, well no but it was still more than I ever imagined.

    Amazing company! The only fabric store I shop at. **************** outstanding. If there's something wrong, they fix it . Wouldn't shop anywhere else.

    Christmas advent box was amazing. I loved each and every day. I will certainly be ordering again. I have never had issues with shipping or being disappointed. Questions have always been answered promptly and more than satisfactory. I would recommend to all quilters. Missouri star like all companies have had issues hiring employees. If I lived closer Id work there in a minute.

    The items in the Christmas Box were not what we paid. So disappointed. Items were cheap, worthless items from *****. Skip it.

    Just so disappointing not at all what I expected. Looks like it was meant for a child not a full grown adult. Will not do this again and will not shop with them again unless they refund my money!

    Christmas box was a complete disappointment. What a dreadful waste of money. I finally opened everything just to get it over with. I have never done anything like this and never will again.I wont comment specifically since some people are still opening and might be having fun. It really was a con. I feel like I was robbed. I have been to MSQC and have been a fan in the past but now will unsubscribe from Daily Deal and will never buy anything from them again.

    This was a company I trusted because of the merchandise and customer service. Over the last few months their shipping has been slower taking 2 to 3 weeks from date of order to finally arrive. It's been 10 days since this current order and I asked for it to be canceled. Was informed the fabric had been cut and could not be canceled, but told they didn't know when it would ship. Unbelievable!!
