    Never disappointed by products purchased. Shipping timely considering slowdown by all shipping services. Christmas box was an ADVENT BOX to begin opening item a day beginning 12/1. Purchasers knew ************* dates.

    Missouri Star Quilt Company is my first go to when looking for quilting fabric, notions and patterns. They have fabulous sales and customer service is helpful and friendly. Last but not least their ******* channel takes all the mystery out of complicated looking quilt blocks.

    MSQC is wonderful. Yes they have had growing pains and got hit hard with COVID and when they changed to a new IT program, it didnt go so well for a time. Anytime Ive needed to talk to customer service they have been very kind and informative. As for the Jennys Christmas box, I loved it and will continue to get it.

    Incredible products, great customer service and wonderful sales. As an accomplished quilter, this is my go-to source for anything I can't find at my local quilt store. It's a family-owned company and their customer service is very responsive. They did have some shipping delays in the summer of 2022 and addressed it by offering bundled shipping; a huge plus! Their five dollar shipping rate is now good for a week, so if you see a deal of the day a couple of days in a row you only pay shipping once. It reduces their shipping costs, is environmentally responsible and reduces the number of packages on my porch. Wonderful company!

    Received the ***** Christmas box this year and couldnt be happier. The price of the box was an average of $7 per day/item. But the value of the items was more than double the paid amount. The items were quality and enjoyed them each day with the corresponding daily videos. Ive always experienced great products from MSQC.
