      I understand that businesses need to make a profit, and I respect the realities of supply and demand. However, a 250% markup on a simple part is excessive and, frankly, disappointingespecially when all thats needed is the part itself. Practices like this feel predatory, particularly when you consider customers who may be on a fixed income, like seniors.Thankfully, I did my research and was able to purchase the exact part I needed for $31.99 and completed the repair myself. I wont be using your company in the future, and Ill be sure to share my experience with others. Taking advantage of customers like this is unacceptable.
