    Teeturtle never shipped an order I placed on December 1, 2024. I have emailed their customer service email multiple times with no response.

    Hello,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our team has checked our system and was not able to locate an email in regards to order 1343770-US. That said, our team has now reached directly through email as well as refunded the full order. As an additional apology for this frustration we've issued a store credit of $20 in the form of a gift card.

    Bought their game at a store. It did not have all of the pieces. They will not send me replacement pieces or another copy of the game because they "do not have any" and have no ETA. I asked to speak to a manager, they are ignoring me and not contacting me.

    Thank you for reaching out! We understand how frustrating it can be to purchase an item and find a piece missing, so we are eager to help in the rare event that it happens. We have reached out as recently as Saturday the 16th, and the most recent message sent to us was on Friday the 15th.

    Typically, replacements are an ideal fix for manufacturing issues. Our team initially arranged a replacement, but sadly, we were out of stock of the replacement item, which meant it had to be cancelled. After communicating that this item was restocking but wouldn't be available for quite some time, we offered alternatives because this was a time-sensitive birthday gift.

    We offered a gift card for our website or a new game to replace the one that was missing a piece knowing that an additional purchase would be undesirable. We were glad to help make it right by arranging the order for the requested new game plus an expansion at no cost. That order is processing and will ship later this week. If there are any questions or concerns we weren't able to address, we encourage a follow up in the existing email thread. Our team is ready to help!

    I placed an online order on 9/18/24 for three T-shirts for a total of $41.88. It was order # *******-US. I received an email on 9/23/24 informing me that my order was running behind. I received my order on 9/28/24. Unfortunately, I received it too late to give the T-shirts as gifts. However, I showed pictures of the T-shirts to the men to see if they liked them. They did not, so I did not open the package and decided to return them for a refund. Multiple times over several days I went through the steps on their website to process a return/refund and to generate a shipping label. Each time it fails and takes the user back to the beginning of the process. I emailed ********************************** on 9/30/24 and a bot replied saying that my request ****** had been received. I still havent been contacted about a return/refund. Their website has no support phone number.

Our Returns portal is currently undergoing maintenance and will direct you to contact us for assistance on returns. We will have our team revisit the wording to make it more clear, and appreciate you flagging this with us so that we could make that change! While we usually keep a pretty speedy response time for support messages, we are seeing more emails than usual come in, so it can take several days to receive a response to a new inquiry. Our team is working extremely hard to get caught up, and they are making great progress! We can see the support turtles were able to connect with you on October 4th. A full refund was issued for the order with no return required. We hope you are able to gift or donate the goodies! If our team can be of any further assistance, please let us know.

    I had placed and order with Tee Turtle on November 24 2022 and upgraded to priority ship. The package got stuck at a *** Hub on December 1 and was never handed off to ****. When I realized that there was an issue I contacted the company and all they said was to wait. I waited a few more days still no movement. I emailed them again there response was well it’s probably lost and it’s a good thing that you paid for insurance with ***** they will pay them and they will take care of the issue. So ***** approved my refund and gave it to the merchant to resend my product. I have sent a few emails to Tee Turtle letting them know this and I haven’t heard back. I tried to call them but there phone number is out of service. I have never in all of my years had such horrible customer service. The worst part is that I just want my order that I paid for. My children look forward to these shirts every Christmas it is a tradition. But now with Christmas so close and no response back from the company I fear that this won’t happen.

    The customers order was replaced and received 5 days before the Christmas holiday in accordance with the policies and procedures of both TeeTurtle and *****. I have reviewed the interactions with the customer and they were in fact advised that this would be the best option to ensure their package arrived in time for the holiday. Which it did. we did experience shipping delays during the black Friday weekend and because of that took extra care and upgraded shipping methods at no additional charge to customers to try and make sure everything arrived on time. in this case it did.
