    Very poor customer service. I placed an order June 7, now June 15th no response to date. They use a third party vendor called Route for tracking, which only indicates "My Order Does Not Exist. They provide a tracking number from a DHL delivery service, where the tracking web site is never updated and DHL ignores direct locate my package requests and I've contacted Tee Turtle directly at their "support[a]teeturtle[dot]com" address 3 times now, alongside using their online Contact form and no response to date. Extremely poor customer service and accountability. My order was a gift and was time sensitive with more than enough time for shipping. This was my first time as a Tee Turtle customer and believe me my last; I suggest to those reading this complaint to think twice before placing an order with Tee Turtle.

    Hey there! We are so sorry to hear about the negative experience as a first time customer. We know a gift can be quite time-sensitive and do our best to try and get orders on their way home as soon as we can. 

    Our support team is taking a bit longer than usual to respond to new emails due to high ticket volume, but we catching back up quickly. That being said, we were only able to find one email from you sent on 6/13.

    We'll have one of our support specialists connect with you to chat about how we can help turn things around. If you don't mind, could you please send them a screenshot of the other emails you sent our way? It looks like those did not make it to us, and we want to ensure any technical issues with our system are resolved to avoid this in the future! We look forward to working with you to make things right.
