      Car towed and stored on their lot for one day. Total charge $585 a real scam. Cash only ,guessing they're not reporting to the ***.

      *******, Missouri law does not require us to take credit cards are checks . Checks bounce and cards can be disputed. We do pay our taxes and report every dime that comes in. Thank you for your concern.

      My daughter called for a tow at 3 ***************************** didnt get to her til 11 pm at night she was stuck in ****** mo needed to be towed to Florissant mo charged her 500 lady at the front that answers phones is a very rude person !! Asked to talk to owner she tells me she couldnt let me talk to him he would call me back !! I have called 3 other tow places and they said it shouldnt have been more then 280 to 300 to tow !! This is a place that will abuse you !!

      ******** in the future we would advise you to use the cheaper towing companies that advised you on what the towing price should be.. Please hope they have insurance and can get to you.. You and **** are friends so your friendship issues and difference have no business being payed out in a complaint involving us.. For one lets state the facts you never called us until after the tow was done and that was only because of personal issues with **** that you thought he was pocketing the money and did it on the side and you assumed he was sneaking to do the tow that it should've been cheaper. little did you know he contacted us and was approved to do the service.. every communication dealing with the tow was thru ****. Once you contacted **** because you all being friend/ family he then contacted me and I relayed to him the price of the service. I make trips to ********* the time for the same price are higher depending on what it takes to tow the vehicle . Yes your tow was 3 hours away and you were advised by him that he had to finish his local duties before he headed out to do your daughters tow.. You thinking he pocketed the money are think that you should get a hookup and whatever else you guys fight about has nothing to do with us.. Per your timeline it was a 8 hour difference so if you had a complaint with the price for a tow of that distance I believe you had plenty of time to call and get different pricing don't you? We never abused you We ask that whatever your disagreement with him has no shade on us. Maybe you should contact the company directly before service if you felt you were jolted.. I see no substance in this complaint.. thank you for your time

      Thank you ***** for taking the time to review us. Our fees are based on staying in business and being able to provide a service the correct way as we did. We don't take advantage of people we provide a service for properties for people that take advantage of the parking rules.
