Horrible experience. Was hung up on. Then she wrote in the notes that i was calling g her names. Never happened. These people are very unprofessional!M C A Management Co.

She called our office mad because we have a bill on her credit from 2022 that remains unpaid. She was very rude to our agent and degraded her so she hung up on her. She has been getting our letters, emails and text messages and we have proof she has been opening the emails so she knew about the bill. Agent and representative was very harassing and rude. I asked to escalate the call and the agent ******** along with ***** were extremely unprofessional. This person huh up in my face and I proceeded not call back . How is this going to be a solution/resolved. This person should be fired and reconsider profession. We called her about her unpaid bill from 2023 and she was rude and stated she was not paying for services she received. She then called back two more times and refused to verify who she was so we could not talk to her. She never talked to ***** so she must be confused. Apparently this is how your employees respond to emails: First off, we responded several times and even agreed to waive the collection fee. Secondly the bill is from March so you have had plenty of time. Just because you dispute something doesn't mean it will go away. An investigation is performed and if it is deemed that the bill is legitimate, it moves forward. A **** complaint will be handled the same way, we will prove the debt and they will close the file. Oh and you promised to pay this bill back in December so that validates that you knew you owed it.I understand as a debt collector, dealing with people who owe isnt a great experience, but this doesnt mean you put your professionalism aside and respond like this. You not only make yourself look bad, but every single person in the profession, and your business look ****** better.M C A Management Co.

********, you took several conversations and combined them which isn't the true story. Again you have an unpaid bill from March of 2024 and when the urgent care threatened you with collections, you decided to fight. Please tell us why you are disputing this bill and if your dispute is legitimate, we will investigate further. The urgent care still states you owe this bill.Review fromSteven M

MCA Management Co has genuinely earned this ************ a former ********************** with the ******************, I value professionalism, timeliness, and customer service.There appeared to be an error or disconnect from **************** which raised some concerns.However, after working with a supervisor from ***(********), she was instrumental in resolving my dilemma due to her commitment to excellence and being a doer.******** should be placed in areas of greater responsibility; a true credit to her organization.M C A Management Co.

UPDATE:Never received any information hence probably why there was no response. You're representative just sent in an email that the bill is for the copay at **** with no documents again. They charge a flat $100 so there is nothing that was applied toward that. There was supposed to be no copay. I had heard nothing otherwise until I was contacted. Please don't lie. I have your emails stating what you said as inaccurate. You could of just said you'll look into it or no response instead of attacking someone who's been replying trying to figure it out. Don't slander me for $100. That's shameful... going down to one ??. Please fix your website to reflect accurate ****** reviews.Emailed to collect a year old medical debt. It's $100... tacked on another $25 for their services. I went to the VA and was willing to pay but, my doctor and VA representative sent me to urgent care that was in network not far away and confirmed it was at no cost. Even tried to pay at TAUC and they declined noting that it was covered by the VA and some "Act". Heard nothing until Collections contacted me by email. They were polite and nice but, I've never heard of this debt and was provided no supporting documents other than a one sentence response with totals.Like Response from the owner "25 minutes ago"This is not accurate. The VA applied the balance to his copay and he was sent a text, email and paper statement with no responseM C A Management Co.

I am not sure why he is so mad and what is going on. He apologized in an email for being nasty. We did get the proof of debt and sent it to him and he said he will contact the VA (because it is an issue with them, not the original creditor). The original creditor did send the proof of debt in an email, text and letter. We did not slander him but we did respond to his ****** review. When you put stuff out on social media, it is only fair that we get to respond. If you don't want people to know your personal business, don't put it on social media. Didn't verify identity and agreed to send medical document billing to person not verified. Refused to send verification of debt after disclosing they did something illegal.M C A Management Co.

Her allegations are not true, we always verify who we are speaking to. We have already sent her proof of debt and verified her information matches what the client has. She harassed one of the agents here so we had to quit responding to her.Review fromRaven P

They are a debt collection agency and I understand it's not the most fun job in the world. Any time I inquire, I get hung up on, pretty unprofessional. They told me I have over $2K in debt, pay it. Very unprofessional. There is no management. I am a normal citizen trying to pay off this debt. I set it up through my bank to avoid the fees. They charge fees if they put the payment through and I got hung up on thrice trying to talk to them.M C A Management Co.

We have been talking to ***** since 12/9/21 (when she hung up on us and was very rude). She has not made one payment on her 3 outstanding balances going back to 2019. The urgent care has been nice enough to keep seeing her even though she hasn't paid them. We offered her a settlement, but she refused, we told her to call the billing department to see if they would give her a self-pay rate, but she didn't do that. She hasn't made a single payment on her accounts. She called our office 4 times today stating our bank is refusing her money which is not true. She was extremely rude each time she called. Our agents don't deserve to be treated poorly so they are instructed to hang up if someone is treating them like that.Review fromAndrew E
