      Their lawyer called me and said I need to pay the money immediately since the job was done.  I told him that I don't consider the job done when you have left broken up concrete and left the material there.  He said I will talk to the owner which he did and they came out a couple days later and picked up the stuff.  The attorney called and said the job is done and I said it is not done.  The patio they poured does not have proper drainage.  They left and stopped working and said they are done.  My argument is that I want the concrete patio repoured.my property. In follow-up emails that evening he refused full payment and said we would be hearing from his lawyer (which we haven't). He has not responded to my email asking him to do the final clean-up thus ending the project.

      We contacted the customer (**** *****) directly to resolve the complaint. He has agreed to remove/retract this complaint and moving forward deal directly with our company to resolve any concerns and issues.

      We wanted to install a surface mount drain initially. This would have prevented any drainage issues/concerns. This was rejected by the homeowner. We have tried several options, even removing the wall three times. We do not know a way forward that will satisfy the customer.
