  Had ***** the owner come to give us an estimate on a landscaping project at our home. He called to ask if he could arrive earlier than expected due a previous cancellation. We said that was fine and had a pleasant discussion with him about what we wanted. He said he would have an estimate for us the next day and verified the email address. The next day nothing so we waited a few days and called but was told that ***** would be working on it over the weekend. So we waited until that following Tuesday and called but still have received nothing from him! I would not be suggesting any referrals to this company due to lack of communication!

  We reached out to ******************* via phone and email the same day that this review was posted. We did send the proposal via email out on Monday. Unfortunately, there was a clerical error, and the email was entered incorrectly when sending the proposal via Quickbooks . As we were unaware that the customer did not receive the quote, we believed that they had received the proposal on Monday. I reviewed our office caller ID, and we did not see the customer's number or receive any messages on Tuesday, or we would have happily resolved their concerns.

  We hired Aim to Amaze to remove a deteriorating concrete patio and replace it with a new colored and stamped concrete patio. On the day of pouring, they ran out of concrete, so the truck had to leave to retrieve more to finish the job. The crew added 2x4s to stabilize the concrete that was just laid and waited for the truck to return. Also, as previously agreed upon, they did not include a gravel base and they did not use an additional 2 pour under the hot tub. Days later we noticed a difference in coloring and texture all over the patio, and a 12-foot ridge with a crack down the middle where they had placed the 2x4s. Seeing the obvious defects, the owner called a colleague, a surface specialist, to look at the area. The specialist suggested to cut another joint where the defect was and seal it. He also said that he would fix the uneven coloring and stamping throughout the whole area. We decided to get another opinion from a concrete specialist we knew. When we gave the owner the alternate suggestion, he said he could not do it. He said he would try and find someone else to get suggestions on how to fix it but could not find anyone. At this point he said he would forgive the balance owed ($4,750) if I would agree to work through his colleague and pay him directly rather than Aim to Amaze. After much back and forth with the owner we went ahead and turned back to his colleague and asked him if he would come by and talk to us, but he said he no longer wanted to be involved considering the conflict we were in with Aim to Amaze. So months later, we are right back to where we started but with $4,750 less in our pocket.

  Absolutely the worst construction work was done on our community fence. Left debris every where. Used substandard products. Improper spacing of posts.
