      I recently had to use Ives for a towing emergency, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the moment I called, the driver was professional and responsive. He arrived quickly, handled my vehicle with care, and made a stressful situation much easier for me. What stood out to me was how fair their pricing was compared to others in the area and the care they took in explaining the process. Its clear they value their customers and take pride in their work. I felt supported every step of the way. I highly recommend Ives Towing to anyone for a tow. Thank you for your excellent service!

      I had my car towed there 3x and they charged me ******. They charged me ****** and 100 a day. They charge 100 upfront and 100 a day.

      I didn't expect that I would like a towing company this much. My car was towed to Ives after an accident. I called to see where my car was being stored, and everyone from the woman answering the phone, to the guy at the impound lot exceeded my expectations. I was very frazzled but put to ease with the information they gave me. They even helped me remove my license plate in case the car was totaled. I don't wish anyone to be in an accident but if you are these are the people to call.

      We have used Ives Towing for MANY years, with never a problem until yesterday. I called and gave them 24 hour notice of when I needed my car towed to my mechanic, as they had requested. It was scheduled to be picked up at my home by 7AM in order to be at the shop by 8AM. I had mechanics waiting on my car at 8am to begin the work. At 7:50 I called asking where the tow truck was, telling the lady it was to be at my house at 7AM. She tells me that they have a truck being dispatched from Arnold to my house at 8AM..WHAT!!! it is to be at the mechanics shop at 8am. The lady starts yelling at me "what do you want me to do about it, do you want me to cancel the tow" I told he no, I need the tow truck. I ask her how did this get this messed up? I went over it yesterday with the lady several time to make sure it gets to the shop by 8AM, because i have people waiting on my car. She just keeps saying what do you want me to do about it, I said you can give me a discount on my tow bill for not being on time as we had previously agreed on the times for pickup and delivery. She said only the manager can make that decision, and he gets in at 9am. I said that's not going to work, because i have to pay the driver in full when he picks up my car which is before 9am. I asked if she could call him, and I would call her back in 15 minutes with and answer. I didn't expect a FREE tow, but i did expect a discount on the bill for the long delay. I WAS SPEAKING TO ***** RUDE LADY NAMED ****... My husband called back about 15 minutes or so later. the lady that he spoke with (i do not know her name) was just as rude and disrespectful as ****. As she was talking to my husband, she proceeded to call me nasty names, ( iI was never nasty to ****) then my husband tells her to cancel our tow we will call another tow company. She informed him that they never had any intention on dispatching a truck to us at all. I think the owner of the company needs to know how his employees are treating customers.
